Recently, teachers and parents have increasingly noted with concern that many preschoolers experience serious difficulties in communicating with their peers. As a rule, this expressed: in the inability to find an approach to a communication partner; support and develop established contact; coordinate their actions in the process of any activity; adequately respond and express their sympathy for a particular child. There are also difficulties in the ability to empathize in sadness and rejoice in the success of another person. All this leads to conflicts and misunderstanding of the interlocutors.

The ability to communicate, build and maintain friendly relationships and interact, cooperate and coexist with people, in general, these are the necessary components of a fully developed personality, this is the key to successful human mental health.

Preschool childhood is the most important period in the moral formation of a person. Moral education occurs due to purposeful pedagogical influences, familiarization of the child with moral standards behavior in the process of various activities; having moral value. All this is a kind of school for the child, where he gains experience in moral relations, learns the rules of behavior, an elementary culture of activity, a culture of speech, and, most importantly, he will form an emotionally moral attitude towards the world around him.

Child preschool age, acquiring an important skill in a preschool educational institution, to create friendly relationships with people, relatives and friends, peers and children older, familiar and unfamiliar, - must be able to do it beautifully and correctly, so that he and his interlocutor enjoy communication. The relevance of the problem of educating a culture of behavior is due to the following reasons:

1. Preschool age is characterized by increased susceptibility to social influences, the mechanism of the moral formation of the personality is formed in general and each of its component: feelings and attitudes, motives, skills and habits, actions, knowledge and ideas that determine the formation of personality traits, both positive and negative.

2. A feature of mental development older children preschool age is arbitrariness, which contributes to the formation of self-regulation, self-control, to a greater extent ensuring the stability of moral behavior.

3. The habits of moral behavior of preschoolers are unstable, situational in nature, therefore, purposeful, systematic work is necessary, taking into account individual characteristics children.

4. The formation of friendly relations is a complex active process, one cannot count on an instant and permanent result, therefore, educators must patiently repeat the methods used and select new ones, they are sympathetic to the fact that the result will not be achieved immediately, and may not be quite in the form to what we expect.

The need for this work arose because I work in group compensating directionality for children with general underdevelopment of speech. In September this group came new children who already have certain interaction skills. Watching Behavior children, I noticed that children often come into conflict, quarrel over toys, do not accept each other in games, appeared "outcast" children.

The system of education and upbringing children of correctional groups is built on the basis of a psychological and pedagogical approach, the starting point of which is the consideration of speech as an activity with all its constituent components. Therefore, in the proposed project Much attention is paid to working with children on the use of playful, productive, cognitive-speech and other activities.

Brief description of the project:This project is a work to create new norm(rule-setting), which is based on real situations that arise in the lives of children in kindergarten. Usually these are typical, repetitive conflict situations. The project is aimed at acquiring the necessary behavioral skills for preschoolers - children become more attentive friend to a friend, they begin to be guided not so much by their own motives as by established norms.

Objective of the project: creation of an educational environment that ensures the activation of the social and intellectual interests of children, the formation of social and moral qualities in a child in kindergarten and at home. Mastering by children the norms of behavior, the ability to design their behavior based on the analysis of reality and keeping this rule.

1. Introduction

Intensive renewal, modernization of all components of the educational process have raised the bar professional requirements to the teachers. Today, a teacher-innovator, a teacher-researcher is in demand in preschool institutions, so we, teachers-practitioners, have become involved in active search and innovation activities.

In pedagogy, creative search involves search activity, the creation of a new pedagogical experience. We believe that the project method is one of the new activities that is used in the educational process of kindergartens.

The basis of the project method is the development of the cognitive skills of children, teachers, parents, their ability to navigate in the information space, organize the process of cognition, which should end in a real result. This result can be seen, comprehended, applied in real life, practical life. In our practice, we decided to use: normative project activities.

AT modern society new, ever higher demands are made on a person, including on a child - on the level of his development. Most people do not need to prove that a successful child is all-round developed child who knows how to behave in a peer group, in public places.

Preschool children can analyze the proposed situation from three different positions: normative-stabilizing, meaning-forming and transformative. Behind these three positions lies a certain understanding of the structure of cognitive abilities. The organization of project activities is impossible without taking into account these positions at each stage of its implementation.

The problems of regulating the behavior of children in kindergarten are very acute. An analysis of the state of our pupils showed that conflict situations often occur in the group, which are characterized by a clash of children's initiatives, in which each child insists on his own variant of behavior.

The formation of friendly relations between children at preschool age largely depends on what kind of work is being done in kindergarten in this direction. To form the ability to evaluate their own actions and the actions of others.

Education in children of such qualities as sympathy, responsiveness, the ability to evaluate their own actions and the actions of others.

Objective of the project: the formation of social and moral qualities in a child in kindergarten and at home, children's awareness of their behavior and the formation of the ability to correct mistakes.

  • to coordinate the actions of teachers and parents on the formation of social and moral qualities in children in kindergarten and at home;
  • develop basic methodological materials and prepare the necessary didactic manuals.

Purpose of the main stage:social and moral education of preschoolers based on conversations on moral topics, reading and subsequent analysis works of art, discussion and playback of a problem situation, viewing and discussion of fragments of cartoons, artistic creativity.

  • this project contributed not only to the improvement of the psychological climate, but also greatly facilitated the work of the teacher;

  • We believe that we managed to achieve good results in the interaction between the teacher and parents, parents took an active part in the implementation of the project.

Future perspective:

Relevance of the project: the project presents the planned joint work of educators, children, parents to form the idea of ​​a family as people who live together, love each other, take care of each other.
