Dmitry approached our company with an interesting draft design to calculate the cost. Our experience allows us to perform such calculations according to draft designs with minimal errors, no more than 2%. Having visited our construction sites and received the cost of construction, Dmitry chose us from among many of our colleagues in the shop to complete the project. Our team has embarked on a complex and expressive country project with spacious premises and a garage, large windows and complex architecture. After the delivery of the project, Dmitry chose us as a contractor company, and we, in turn, wanted to make further work at the same high level! Vladimir wanted to relax in nature in a wooden house, and it was necessary to build a house in a short time and the ideal solution for such tasks was frame technology construction! It all started with an individual project found by the Customer's family on a European website. It was with him that she came to our office for the first time. An additional room, even if it has an unusual shape, can be used very effectively, just like remote balconies and loggias. Several rooms on the upper floors can be equipped for various purposes, helping to solve the problem of tightness in small houses.

It is necessary to choose the coating material for a house with a mansard roof at the design stage, since the main load on the supporting structures or rafters depends on the type of roof.
The peculiarity of such a roof lies in one inclined plane, which rests on rafter system. The optimal angle of inclination is kept from 5° to 40° depending on the roofing material (soft/hard), which ensures the timely removal of snow or raindrops from the coating.
Installation involves a detailed calculation of the load on the rafters and the load-bearing wall, which receives the maximum load in a shed attic. These parameters are determined depending on the length of the spans and the height of the room.
A shed roof is great for one-story houses, where a compact attic can be easily “converted” into a cozy and warm room (for example, for storage or a small bedroom).
The variant of the roof with two slopes makes the ceiling height uniform over a larger area of the room. Both sides are maintained at the same angle of inclination, which is determined depending on the size of the room (for example, for a 6-meter width, the angle is 45 °).
A gable attic allows you to build a two-story house with a balcony, which is often located at the end of the building. Thanks to the standard roof with two slopes, the usable space inside the attic increases, and you can build such a structure yourself according to the drawings.
The main thing is to make an accurate measurement of all the details and correctly mount the roofing "pie". Between the coating and the rafters, it is necessary to lay vapor and waterproofing, a layer of insulation. Any type of material is suitable for this type of roof (from soft roof to corrugated board).
The gable roof design is suitable for building a house with a garage. In technical terms, this is the simplest type of attic, where the roofing from part of the slope smoothly passes into the flat roof of the garage. The slopes in such projects are made multi-level, where the large side captures the garage building.
The broken format makes it possible to allow a smaller angle of inclination, and increase the height of the walls, in order to obtain an extremely functional attic space as a result. The advantage of such a roof is a reduced load on the rafters due to two (or more) slopes, which timely release the coating from precipitation.
The sloping roof differs from the standard in the angle of inclination. The upper part is relatively flat, all subsequent ones are steep. Technically, the broken format has something in common with a semicircular roof, but it is much easier to build and requires less effort.
When developing a project, it is important to consider the material of the gables. For example, elements made of brick or stone, which are mounted on the ends of the building, increase the load on the structure. The frame pediment reduces this load, it can be insulated from the inside of the attic, but the stone one - only from the outside.
The technical feature of this option is the low height of the walls, since each of them simultaneously rises. Accordingly, the volume of functional space narrows. However, the hipped roof is practical in operation: precipitation instantly falls without settling on the roof.
You can expand the attic space by installing a hipped roof, which is a kind of sloping roof (for building widths within 6 m). In this case, the structure on each side of the house is equipped with rectangular slopes, consisting of two planes. The attic is spacious, but construction costs are reduced.
The classic version of the roof consists of four slopes, which are connected at the top point - on the ridge. At the same time, two of them are distinguished by a triangular shape and are located at the ends of the building, the other two are made in the form of a trapezoid.
The construction of such a roof requires professional project development, since gaps in the calculations can result in breakdowns or destruction. The hip type of the roof allows you to make a two-story house out of a one-story house, since the attic area is spacious.
The design feature lies in the height of the ceiling, which peaks at the central point, so inside the room can be divided into rooms (depending on the area of \u200b\u200bthe house). Due to the absence of gables in the design, the hip roof experiences less snow load.
