We will need:

  • Chicken fillet - 600 g
  • Hard cheese - 200 g
  • Chicken eggs - 6 pcs
  • Prunes - 100 g
  • Korean carrots - 400 g
  • Walnuts -40 g
  • Mayonnaise - 100 g
  • Garlic, allspice, salt, herbs - to taste

Cooking method:

1. Boil chicken fillet and eggs and cool. Next, cut the chicken into cubes. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Separately, grate the whites, then the yolks, and then the cheese. Add finely chopped garlic to mayonnaise. Wash the prunes well, pour over with boiling water, chop into pieces.

2. It is best to grate the cheese, although if you cut it into bars or small strips, it will also not be bad. Bulgarian pepper is cut into strips, do not forget to remove the seeds. Chop the onion into half rings.


3. Add chicken boiled meat, cut into cubes. Sprinkle with herbs, season with mayonnaise, salt to taste. Pleasant and juicy aroma to you!

Important! You can fill with vegetable oil with a drop of lemon juice, for acid. And to add originality, you can use homemade or store-bought, purchased crackers.


Interesting salad with Korean carrots and bell peppers

For true gourmets of spiciness, I suggest this option with Korean carrots. In principle, all the ingredients in it can be taken by eye, special correct proportions may not be adhered to.

Ingredients:

  • Lemon juice to taste.

Cooking:
Chicken fillet, dried apricots, carrots finely chopped.
Chop the nuts with a knife.
Grate the eggs on a coarse grater.
Chop greens.
Put in layers in a salad bowl: chicken fillet, carrots, eggs, dried apricots, walnuts.

Salad with kumquat, arugula and chicken breast

Ingredients for two servings:

  • arugula - 40-50 g,
  • kumquat - 4 pcs.,
  • chicken / turkey fillet - 1 pc. (1/2 breast)
  • orange - 1/2 pc.,
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tsp,
  • light balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp,
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.,
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp,
  • coarse salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • frying oil.

Cooking:
Salt and season the chicken / turkey fillet just before frying. Fry on both sides in a heated pan with oil. Fry at a high temperature, then remove from the stove, cover with a lid and thus allow to cool so that the meat remains juicy.
Then cut the meat into small thin pieces.
Cut the kumquats into slices, removing the seeds-nucleoli.
Wash the arugula.
Sauce: squeeze the juice from half an orange, add sugar, balsam, mustard and oil. Close the jar of sauce and shake well.
In a cup, mix arugula, kumquat and fillet pieces, pour over the sauce, salt and pepper.

  • 3 boiled potatoes,
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 500 g chicken boiled meat,
  • 100 g fresh (fried) or pickled mushrooms,
  • mayonnaise,
  • 1-2 tbsp. l. vinegar 6%,
  • 2-3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil,
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Potatoes - large straws, fry until cooked in vegetable oil (you can immediately fry raw until cooked, you can cut the boiled into cubes and fry, but the boiled will crumble). Peel the onion, cut into half rings (thickness - as you like) or quarter rings, marinate in salted vinegar (I add a little more sugar) for 1-2 hours. Cut boiled meat into strips. Cut the protein into thick strips, and grind the yolk with salt, mayonnaise and finely chopped parsley. Divide by 6-7 equal parts and cut into small balls, giving them an oval shape. Put a layer of potatoes on a large flat dish, on it - onions, then meat, mushrooms and squirrels. Pour the surface with mayonnaise, sprinkle with herbs, berries, put "eggs". I water the surface with a chaotic "stream" to create a look of anarchy and not much mayonnaise. I don’t have enough yolks for the “testicles”, I still rub the processed cheese for the mass. All components, as befits a decent crow's nest, are laid out very inaccurately so that "fir-trees-sticks" stick out.

Salad "Hawaiian"

I took the recipe for "Vkusnyatina" salad and upgraded it a bit

  • 500 g chicken fillet,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 2 tbsp. l. starch,
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise,
  • 200 g canned pineapple,
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Boil the fillet and cut into strips. Prepare an omelet from two eggs, starch and mayonnaise. Cool and cut into strips. Pineapple cut into cubes. Mix everything and season with mayonnaise and spices.

Salad "Koyash"

  • 300 g chicken
  • 3 pickles,
  • 150 g cheese
  • 2 onions (I fried)
  • 150 g corn
  • 150 g Korean carrots,
  • 50 g raisins (or Walnut),
  • pack of crackers,
  • mayonnaise, salt, spices. And to decorate pancakes.

Salad "Colored"

Recipe:

  • 2 bulbs
  • 1 carrot
  • 100 g raisins b / bone,
  • 100 g cheese
  • 1/2 can corn,
  • 2 medium preserves cucumber,
  • 300 g chicken fillet,
  • 1 bag of crackers,
  • mayonnaise,
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Peel the onion, chop finely and sauté on the grow. butter, sauté the grated carrots separately.
Rinse raisins, soak for 10 minutes. in boiling water, rub the cheese on a coarse grater, cut the cucumbers into cubes, cut the turkey into cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
On a large dish, lay out slides next to: corn, raisins, turkey, croutons, carrots, onions, cucumbers.
A little mayonnaise for each slide. Mix everything before serving.

Chinese cabbage and boiled chicken salad

  • chinese cabbage - half a head,
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 medium head of onion,
  • parsley,
  • peeled sunflower seeds - 3 tbsp. l.,
  • boiled chicken meat (I used fillet from thighs and legs, of course, you can also breast, but I didn’t want to),
  • white wine vinegar - 1-2 tbsp. spoons,
  • olive oil,
  • lemon juice - a little,
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Chop the onion, put in a salad bowl and drizzle with vinegar. Let it marinate while the vegetables are cut. Cabbage and cucumbers cut arbitrarily. Parsley can simply be sprinkled with torn leaves, without stems. I just cut the meat into pieces. Put the vegetables on the onion, and then the meat. Sprinkle seeds on top, pour oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix.

Salad with chicken and Korean carrots

  • Korean carrot,
  • chicken fillet,
  • mayonnaise,
  • greens to your liking.

I put everything in my eyes. Carrots must be tasty. The whole taste of the salad depends on this. And I used to do the same, but instead of chicken I threw boiled squids cut into half rings. I did it without greens.

Salad from Amsterdam


  • 100 g of any green salad,
  • 75 g boiled chicken,
  • 10 pieces. pitted black olives
  • 150 g champignons,
  • 50 g chips with paprika,
  • 1 st. l. butter or margarine for frying (I fried in odorless vegetable oil),
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small mango or mango juice, some mayonnaise.

Wash lettuce leaves, dry, tear with hands, put in a salad bowl.
Cut the olives into slices, put on lettuce leaves, cut the chicken into strips.
Beat 1 egg, cut the mushrooms into slices, dip in the egg and roll in crushed chips, fry in butter until golden on both sides, put on the salad.
Mix mayonnaise with mango pieces, or mango juice. (I forgot about mayonnaise, poured only juice).
Tip: Pour batter chips in, little by little, they quickly soak.
Everything, eat and enjoy.

Salad "Gorka"

  • 100 g boiled chicken,
  • 120 g sour cream
  • 40 g fresh cabbage,
  • 40 g salted mushrooms,
  • 40 g fresh cucumbers,
  • 40 g boiled potatoes,
  • 40 g hard cheese,
  • greenery,
  • salt.

Cabbage cut into strips, the rest - into slices, cheese - on a grater. Fill, lay in a slide, sprinkle with herbs.

Delicious salad "Bride"

  • 300 g boiled chicken meat,
  • 200 g cheese
  • 200 g walnuts,
  • 1 boiled carrot
  • 1 can of pineapple
  • 1 jar of champignons,
  • 1 garlic clove
  • mayonnaise

Cut everything into strips, chop the nuts, add pineapples. Mix everything with chopped garlic and mayonnaise.

Salad "Pomegranate Bracelet"

The recipe is simple: onion, boiled chicken(I replaced it with chicken ham - it turns out much more tender), boiled beets, carrots, potatoes. Everything except chicken - on a coarse grater, finely chop the chicken, coat each layer with mayonnaise, pour mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with pomegranate - and refrigerate overnight. To form a ring: wrap the jar with cling film (so that nothing sticks), put on a dish and form a salad around it. Then you take out the jar - and voila!

Chicken salad "For Mom"

Layers: bottom - Bulgarian pepper in small cubes, then - chopped boiled chicken fillet, top - cheese and mayonnaise. Incredibly fresh salad and low calorie.

Chicken salad with pineapple

Cut the boiled chicken fillet, add canned pineapple pieces, Chinese cabbage or lettuce. Season with mayonnaise, you can add walnuts.

Chicken salad with grapes

Chicken breast is fried with curry (although it is possible without it). When cool - finely chop (this is the first layer). Then:

  • grated cheese,
  • grated eggs.

Repeat the layers, grease each with mayonnaise and sprinkle with a small amount of chopped roasted almonds. And the last layer is beautiful large green grapes cut in half. They fit tightly, cut down. Yes, and this beauty fits on lettuce leaves!
This is the original recipe.

I did it a little differently: each layer was lightly sprinkled with roasted and chopped walnuts, in the spring, instead of grapes, I put halves of sweet cherries on top. Very tasty!

Chicken salad with croutons

Recipe with sour cream
Cut the chicken fillet, cheese and tomatoes into cubes, add onions, sour cream and mix in croutons just before serving.

Chicken salad with fruits

You will need:

  • 1 chicken breast without skin, boiled, chopped;
  • 1 jar of champignons in their own juice;
  • 1 can of pineapples;
  • 1 apple;
  • mayonnaise and salt to taste.

Cut the breast into strips, cut the pineapples (drain the syrup beforehand) into cubes (options are possible), cut the apple (preferably remove the skin) and cut the mushrooms (into cubes or strips). Mix everything, put in a beautiful salad bowl, salt and season with mayonnaise.

Salad with smoked chicken breast

  • 1 smoked chicken breast (cut).
  • Grate 4 medium carrots on a medium grater and fry in sunflower oil.
  • 1 can of canned corn.
  • 2 bags of kirieshek (for example, with bacon).

Mix everything and season with mayonnaise. Put the kirieshki into the salad 30 minutes before serving.

Delicate chicken salad

  • Boiled white meat chicken.
  • Grated cheese (do not regret).
  • Cut boiled eggs.
  • Pineapples from compote "cubes".
  • Mayonnaise.

Since there is no onion, all other products are very soft - the salad turns out to be the most tender.

Salad "For knights"

  • 200 g ham (or boiled sausage),
  • 1 smoked chicken leg,
  • 150 g cheese
  • canned green pea(1 jar is enough)
  • 5 boiled eggs.

Cut the ham and the skinned leg into small strips. Three cheese on a coarse grater. We also cut the eggs finely, but leave one yolk for decoration. Lay in layers - ham, grated cheese, egg, peas, chopped leg, again cheese and egg. We finish with a thin layer of ham, which we “cover” with now finely grated cheese. Spread each layer generously with mayonnaise. We rub the yolk on top and decorate with greenery, and lay out the peas around the perimeter.

Salad "Chicken delicacy"

  • Chicken fillet,
  • prunes,
  • dried apricots (or one of the two),
  • pine nuts or peanuts,
  • oranges,
  • mayonnaise.

Everyone loves this salad.

Another option:

  • 350 g boiled chicken meat (or boiled pork),
  • 150 g prunes,
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1-2 fresh cucumbers
  • 150 g hard cheese,
  • mayonnaise,
  • green onion,
  • salt, spices to taste.

Soak prunes in hot water for 1 hour to swell. We cut meat, eggs, cucumbers, onions. Three cheese on a coarse grater. Steamed prunes are slightly squeezed from the water and cut into pieces. We mix everything and season with mayonnaise, if necessary, salt.

Salad "Turtle"

  • Chicken fillet 100 g,
  • cheese 100 g,
  • eggs 5 pcs.,
  • apple medium,
  • prunes 100 g,
  • walnuts 100 g,
  • mayonnaise.

Laying out in layers:
Chopped eggs, mayonnaise, grated peeled apples, mayonnaise, finely chopped boiled chicken fillet, mayonnaise, grated cheese, cut prunes, mayonnaise, sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Decorate with cranberries or cranberries.

Salad "Nirvana"

  • Chicken breast,
  • 2 green apples,
  • 200-300 g of grapes,
  • 1 cup walnuts,

Products: 5 cucumbers, half boiled chicken.
Dressing: juice of one lime (I took a lemon), a handful of chopped mint (but you can do without it), 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. l. brown sugar (I used regular sugar), 2-3 black peppercorns, 1 tbsp. l. sesame oil, I took the usual refined oil) - grind everything in a mortar.

Cucumbers cut lengthwise into long strips, also tear the chicken into long fibers, mix with cucumbers, pour in the dressing and mix again. Serve immediately (this action is required).
