  2. Beat the eggs, dip the meat in them and deep-fry until golden brown. Share on paper towels.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, fry chopped garlic on it for 1-2 minutes, add sweet pepper, cut into large pieces. When it acquires a light ruddy crust, pour in the vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, add sugar and mix.

  3. Mix ¾ cup water with 2 tablespoons cornstarch, pour into hot sweet and sour sauce, bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Simmer the mixture until it thickens.
  4. Mix flour with butter, eggs, salt, remaining starch. Thoroughly knead the batter, gradually pouring in water.
  5. Cut the marinated breast into bite-sized pieces small size, salt, pepper, put in a bowl with batter, mix.
  6. Post to a large number of hot oil, deep-fry until light brown.
  7. Put the breast on plates, sprinkle with chopped pieces of pepper and pineapple, pour over the sauce. Serve with rice.

  3. Mix all the remaining ingredients, pour the resulting sweet and sour mass into the chicken, add vegetables, mix. Simmer until the dish thickens. Cover with a lid, let it brew for 1 hour.

Fillet in sweet and sour sauce

Unusual and even a little exotic taste of this dish makes orange juice.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 0.25 kg;
  • orange, garlic cloves - 1 pc.;
  • water - 60 ml;

Try to find "balsamic" for this recipe, which will give the breast an original spicy taste. If you can't find it, use wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 2 pcs.;
  • rice - 0.15 kg;
  • onion, sweet pepper - 1 pc.;
  • ketchup, flour (starch) - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • balsamic vinegar - 10 ml;
  • soy sauce - 20 ml;
  • sesame, herbs, spices, olive oil.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash and cut the meat into portions. Add spices, flour, mix.
  2. Fry chopped onion until golden brown, add meat. When it is fried until half cooked, add the diced pepper, cook for 5 minutes.

Garlic, ginger and honey “make” the taste of this dish, the combination of these ingredients adds unusual spicy notes to the chicken. Wings can be used instead of drumsticks.

Ingredients:

  • chicken drumsticks - 0.6 kg;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • tomato paste (ketchup), oil (lean), soy sauce - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • honey, vinegar (apple) - 2 tbsp. l.;

  • water - 125 ml;
  • ginger (ground) - 1 tsp;

Cooking method:

  1. Rub the chicken with spices, fry until golden brown in hot vegetable oil. The fire must be strong so that all the juices remain inside the shins. Place on paper towels to drain the oil.
  2. Chop the onion, sauté until golden brown, put the drumsticks on top.
  3. Drizzle with sweet and sour sauce made from the remaining ingredients, except for herbs and sesame seeds. They should be sprinkled on the finished dish before serving.
  4. Fry the legs over high heat for 3-4 minutes, then cover the pan with a lid and simmer for another 20 minutes.

    My chicken fillet, dry it, cut off excess fat, clean it from films. Cut into small cubes, roll in starch. The easiest way to do this is with a plastic bag. I have been looking for a recipe for a sweet and sour sauce for a very long time, so that it turns out one to one like in a Chinese restaurant. There are quite a lot of recipes on the net, and although they are all, of course, sweet and sour, they are still “not the same”.
But some time ago, I was lucky: I found "the one" recipe that perfectly recreates the sweet and sour Chinese taste.

At first, the recipe seemed rather complicated to me, and for a long time I did not dare to cook it. The first time I cooked it for New Year deciding to do something special for holiday table, and since then sweet and sour chicken has become a regular dish on our menu.
And the baby doll, having tried this chicken for the first time, said: "Mom learned! Mom cooked like a cook!" It seems to me that this is the most best recommendation. And you?

In reality, it turned out to be incredibly easy to cook, after the first time I already do everything extremely quickly and by eye.

For cooking you will need:
2 chicken fillets
1 bell pepper (I like it better with red, but this time only yellow ones were in the store)
Canned pineapple (half can)

Potato or corn starch
Soy sauce
Ketchup
Yolk
Apple vinegar
Sugar
Salt

First, cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, such that you can put it in your mouth whole.

We marinate. To do this, add the yolk to the fillet, 1 tbsp. starch and soy sauce (pour the sauce over the eye, it should be quite a bit, the chicken should not swim in it). Salt. It is necessary to salt, even if the soy sauce is salty, otherwise the dish will turn out to be very sweet. But don't be zealous. I need a pinch.

Mix everything well and leave for at least 30 minutes.

Then we prepare the vegetables: cut the pepper into squares. If pineapples are not sliced, then so are they. Pieces of pepper and pineapple should be about the same.

When the vegetables are prepared, we return to the chicken. If you have not poured the sauce, then after 30 minutes. The marinade has soaked into the meat. Then just sprinkle cornstarch on top and mix well.

If there is too much marinade, then first we carefully pull the chicken onto a board or plate, trying not to capture excess liquid, and only then we roll it in starch.

We fry the meat. In order for the fillet to turn out sooooo tender, you need to fry quickly, at maximum heat, stirring constantly. In this case, the meat should move freely in the pan. To do this, I fry in small batches. Each batch takes about 5 minutes to fry.

Remove the chicken from the pan. Throw in pepper instead. Fry for 1-2 minutes. (If there is not enough oil in the pan, then add it)

Then add pineapples. As soon as the hissing has stopped (usually, it's about 2 minutes), we start creating the sauce.

To do this, prepare all the ingredients in advance! Put vinegar and ketchup next to the stove, open the lids, prepare sugar, prepare starch water in a cup or glass. To do this, dilute starch in water in a ratio of 1: 1 (we will need about 1 tablespoon of starch).

The sauce must be prepared very quickly, without hesitation, over high heat.
Pour vinegar into the pan (about 30 ml or 2 tablespoons), mix,
Add sugar (50 gr. Or 2.5 tablespoons), mix
Then add ketchup (50 gr or 2 tablespoons) and mix again
Last: starchy water. First, add 2 tablespoons, mix well and look: if the sauce is not thick enough, then add more, one spoon at a time, constantly stirring until we achieve the desired consistency.

As soon as the sauce is ready, pour the chicken into it, reduce the heat, mix well, and serve! I like to lay out such a chicken on a snow-white rice pad: it looks very impressive, and how delicious the rice turns out! Mmmmm, lick your fingers!

If you love sweet and sour Chinese food, you should definitely try it! This recipe only at first glance seems complicated, in fact, it is very simple, and what a delicious one! Real jam!
