  3. Pour the resulting sauce into the meatballs laid out in the pan for stewing and simmer them in it for 40 minutes.
  4. In the recipe for this sauce, you can avoid adding sour cream by replacing it with equal amount milk or water.

Meatballs in sour cream sauce - a simple recipe

For this sauce need: half a liter of sour cream, a tablespoon of flour, an onion, one carrot and vegetable oil.

Prepare the sauce. It is important for him to chop or grate the ingredients as finely as possible. So, heat up the oil. stale White bread- 150 g
onion - 2 pcs.

Sour cream - 200 g
