Heat-insulating paint keramoizol. Instructions for applying "keramoizol"

  • 20.06.2020

When assessing the heat loss of a house, first of all, heat loss through the roof and walls of the house is calculated. For better conservation heat widely use an additional layer of thermal insulation. This allows, with greater thermal protection, to reduce the volume of concrete, brick, wood and other building materials significantly reducing the weight and load of structures. Thermal insulation provides a comfortable microclimate in the house, saves money on its heating.

High-quality thermal insulation should have a low coefficient of thermal conductivity and moisture absorption, be non-flammable, strong enough, and easy to machine.

Based on modern scientific achievements and high technology for reliable protection from heat losses, corrosion and waterproofing of materials and structures, a liquid polymer insulation KERAMOIZOL has been developed.

KERAMOIZOL is a liquid-paste-like mass consisting of hollow ceramic balls up to 100 microns in diameter, interconnected by a structured acrylic polymer and dispersed polysiloxane. High degree of filling polymer material hollow microspheres filled with an inert gas makes KERAMOIZOL a material with extremely low thermal conductivity. KERAMOIZOL coating is capable of reflecting up to 75% of the rays of light falling on it and scattering 95% of infrared radiation. At the same time, the binder of the KERAMOIZOL coating (polymerized film) is able to "breathe" - to pass vapor molecules and not to pass water molecules. KERAMOIZOL is chemically and biologically stable, has good hydrophobicity. It contains inhibitors that prevent the formation of corrosion. KERAMOIZOL was successfully tested, certified, in March 2006 it was awarded a diploma at the competition, and in the same year serial production was started according to TU UV.2.7-24.6-32396113-001:2006.

Liquid heat-insulating coating KERAMOIZOL according to the technical specifications for its production is intended for thermal, hydro- and noise insulation of foundations and walls of buildings, metal and other structures and structures for various purposes, as well as pipelines, heating mains, vans, tanks, thermal railway cars. KERAMOIZOL, having adhesion comparable to acrylic or water-based paints and varnishes, is applied to steel, brick, concrete and wooden surfaces. If necessary, it is possible to apply KERAMOIZOL on plastics, with the exception of polyethylene. Use liquid thermal insulation KERAMOIZOL can be simpler and more profitable than constructing thermal insulation with expanded polystyrene or stone wool boards, constructing a thermal waterproofing layer using roofing material and foil. KERAMOIZOL is effective in protecting metal pipes from corrosion of condensate, while getting rid of freezing, temperature changes and the formation of fungus on the walls.

KERAMOIZOL is safe in operation, environmentally friendly and fireproof heat-insulating material (not combustible). Coating KERAMOIZOL is possible on surfaces with temperatures up to +90°C. After the paint thermal insulation layer dries (polymerization of its structure), KERAMOIZOL forms an elastic film. The thickness of the paint layer is determined by the needs for thermal insulation and can be from 0.5 to 3.5 mm.

KERAMOIZOL coating is resistant to frost down to -50°C, however, given that the binder of ceramic balls is a water-based dispersion, KERAMOIZOL cannot be stored and transported at low temperatures. After freezing in liquid form (before application to the protected surface and complete drying), the heat-insulating balls are destroyed and KERAMOIZOL loses its heat-insulating properties. For work under conditions negative temperatures developed KERAMOIZOL on a varnish basis.

The manufacturer's warranty for KERAMOIZOL is 7 years (provided that the temperature of its transportation and storage is not lower than +5°C).

In the absence of mechanical damage, the service life of the coating KERAMOIZOL is not limited.

Preparation and application of KERAMOIZOL thermal insulation coating:

It is allowed to apply KERAMOIZOL liquid polymer coating on surfaces whose temperature is not lower than +5°С and not higher than +90°С.

The coating is produced and supplied almost ready for use in containers of 5 and 10 liters. After opening the can, KERAMOIZOL should be thoroughly mixed. To do this, immerse the thickened upper part of the material in the liquid and slowly begin to mix the contents of the jar. In order to avoid the destruction of ceramic balls, do not use high speeds of the drill with a nozzle. Continue stirring until a homogeneous paint and varnish composition is formed. Before painting, the surface must be cleaned of dust, dirt, oily or rusty areas. It is recommended to moisten the absorbent surface with water. To apply KERAMOIZOL, you can use brushes, rollers, spray gun, high-pressure sprayer. When using an airbrush or a sprayer, it is necessary to pass the prepared (mixed) KERAMOIZOL through the filter. Slight dilution of the KERAMOIZOL polymer coating with water (10 - 15% of the solution volume) is allowed.

To avoid streaks, the layer thickness for one coating should not exceed 0.5 mm. The estimated consumption for thermal insulation KERAMOIZOL with a thickness of 0.5 mm is 1 liter per 2 m2. The time of complete drying (polymerization) of one layer at a temperature of 20°C is 24 hours.

During the painting process, the following safety precautions should be observed:

ventilate enclosed spaces;

If the liquid coating gets into the eyes, rinse with water.

After completion of work for the purpose further use the instrument should be washed with water.

Keramoizol - thermal insulation of the XXI century

We bring to your attention a heat-insulating coating, which is a breakthrough in the field of thermal insulation. To date, more and more often in industrial and civil construction, liquid heat-insulating materials are used as insulation, which are superior in their characteristics to classical ones (mineral wool boards, polyurethane foam, etc.).

Thermal insulation coating "Keramoizol" according to TU U V.2.7-24.6-32396113-001:2006 is intended for thermal insulation of industrial and municipal pipeline structures of any form of complexity for outdoor and internal surfaces, buildings, foundations.

The coating operates at operating temperatures from -50C 0 to +220C 0 , is a gray liquid suspension on a silicone-acrylic base. At the request of the customer, the color can be changed in any direction.

The suspension is hardly combustible, under the action of an open flame it forms a smoldering effect with the release of smoke, which is based on the emission of CO, NO2, which prevent the formation and spread of flame.

The coating has good adhesion to steel, plastics, concrete, brick. There is no adhesion to polyethylene at all. The binder of the coating is a molecular sieve that allows vapor molecules to pass through and does not allow water molecules to pass through, so the polymerized coating film “breathes”. When applying a coating 1 mm thick in hardware rooms (compressor, pump chambers, etc.), the formation of condensate on the walls is completely excluded. When used in residential premises, the formation of condensate and fungal wall formations is also excluded, energy costs for heating the premises during the cold season are reduced by at least 30%.

The coating has good hydrophobicity, chemical and biological resistance.

The composition of the coating includes corrosion inhibitors that prevent the formation of corrosion, cover metal surfaces with a protective phosphate film.

Due to the high degree of filling of the polymer material with hollow glass microspheres filled with an inert gas, the coating has a low thermal conductivity, a high ability to reflect 75% of incident light rays and scatter up to 95% of infrared radiation. These properties contribute to the excellent preservation of heat in the premises when it is used as a heat-shielding wall coating and the protection of the heating of the roof surface from solar radiation when applied to the surface.

The coating has good frost resistance (up to -50С 0), which allows it to be used as thermal insulation for freezers, while reducing labor costs for the construction of a thermal insulation layer of foam boards and a waterproofing layer of roofing felt and foil.

TECHNOLOGY

coating "KERAMOIZOL"

Keramoizol coating is a gray liquid pasty mass (color can be changed at the request of the customer), consisting of glass hollow balls up to 100 microns in size and a binder - structured acrylic polymer and dispersed polysiloxane.

Since the binder is an aqueous dispersion, the Keramoizol coating is afraid of freezing.

WHEN FREEZING, THE COATING LOSES ITS PROPERTIES!

The coating can be applied on surfaces with temperatures from +5 o C to +90 o C.

Storage and transportation should be at a temperature not lower than +5 ° C.

The procedure for working with the coating "Keramoizol"

1. Before starting work, the coating should be thoroughly mixed. It is best to do this with an electric drill with a nozzle at medium speed.

At high speeds of an electric drill, glass beads, which are the basis of thermal insulation, can be destroyed.

1.1. Uncork the container in which the Keramoizol coating is packaged.

1.2. Take an electric drill and insert a nozzle into the chuck.

1.3. If a crust has formed on the surface, destroy it with a drill with a nozzle, not including the drill, with translational movements “up and down”, until the surface is covered with liquid.

1.4. Turn on the drill at medium speed (250-300 rpm) and mix the contents of the container thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

2. Application method

2.1. Before applying the Keramoizol coating, the surface should be degreased in any way. When using solvents, it is necessary to wait until they are completely dry. Metal surfaces to be insulated must be free of dust, dirt, exfoliated old paint. It is allowed to use the coating on metal surfaces with a small (up to 50 µm) rust layer. Visible rust layers should be removed.

2.2. Before applying the Keramoizol coating, absorbent surfaces (concrete, plaster, brick, etc.) should be moistened with water.

2.3. The thickness of the layer applied at one time should not exceed 0.5 mm in order to avoid swelling, sagging, peeling.

The first applied layer is a primer.

2.4. The drying time of one coating layer is at least 12 hours at a temperature of 20 ° C. With a decrease in temperature, the drying time increases, with an increase it decreases.

2.5. The coating is applied with a sprayer, a brush with soft but not long bristles, a roller large diameter with a rigid foam surface up to 10 mm thick.

2.6. After finishing work on applying the Keramoizol coating, the equipment should be washed with clean water.

3. Safety

3.1. Coating "Keramoizol" is a safe product.

3.2. When working with a sprayer, it is necessary to use a protective respirator and goggles.

3.3. Ventilation must be ensured when working in enclosed spaces.

3.4. In case of contact with skin, rinse with water.

3.5. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water.

3.6. When spilling the coating, use any absorbent material.

The products have been tested and are now mass-produced in accordance with

TU U V2.7-24.6-32396113-001:2006.

The composition of the material is patented - Ukrainian patent UA 17435 u.

The trademark "Keramoizol" is registered, certificate No. m2006 00047 dated 01/03/2006.

Heat-insulating coating "Keramoizol" is intended for heat-, hydro-, noise-insulation of buildings and communications for industrial and municipal purposes of any form of complexity, for external and internal surfaces. In the initial state - a liquid creamy suspension of gray color. It can be painted in any color according to the customer's request. After polymerization, it forms a strong, sufficiently elastic film, the thickness of which (0.5 - 3.5 mm) is selected based on the requirements for the object. Can be applied by brush, roller, air or airless spray gun. It has good adhesion to all known building and construction materials (except polyethylene). The possibility of applying to the surface of any geometric shape is an undeniable advantage over traditional heat-insulating materials. According to its heat-saving effect, the layer of "Keramoizol" with a thickness of 1mm equivalent to a layer of mineral wool with a thickness 5cm.

Abroad, similar materials have been known for a long time and are successfully used. They are also offered on the Ukrainian market, such as Moutrical (Russia), Thermal Coat(USA), THERMO-SHIELD(USA - Germany). The materials are good, but the price is much higher than the price of Keramoizol.

The practical use of our material has shown its high consumer qualities. For example, when insulating the end wall of a corner apartment of a standard panel house with a layer of 0.8 mm, the freezing of the walls and the formation of mold were completely eliminated. January 2006 was especially indicative in this regard. when the outside air temperature dropped to -29° WITH- the apartment was warm. There are other examples of the use of Keramoizol, when the use of other types of insulation was impossible or difficult.

"Keramoizol" can also be used as an anti-corrosion coating, it contains corrosion inhibitors that suppress and prevent corrosion when the material is applied to a metal surface.

The ability of "Keramoizol" to reflect and dissipate up to 95% of the thermal radiation incident on it will be indispensable for protecting objects from overheating in summer time(for example, containers with fuel and lubricants).

At the competition for energy saving projects in March 2006. "Keramoizol" was awarded a diploma.

Once again, we list the advantages of the Keramoizol heat-insulating coating:

  1. High heat-saving properties.
  2. Ease of application and, as a result, low cost of thermal insulation.
  3. Possibility of drawing on a surface of any geometrical form.
  4. Possibility of dyeing in any color.
  5. anti-corrosion properties.
  6. When used in the reconstruction and repair of buildings: a) does not increase the load on the supporting structures; b) does not change the geometry of the premises, since the thickness of the coating is measured in millimeters, not centimeters, as when using standard types of thermal insulation.
  7. Fairly low price.
  8. Long service life.
  9. It is not subject to plunder, as it cannot be used again after polymerization.
  10. Fireproof.
  11. If repair is needed, the damaged coating can be easily restored.

Possibility of using Keramoizola» as a protection against the formation of condensate in the premises, it allows not only to eliminate the freezing of walls, but also to permanently get rid of fungal formations and mold.

Ease and simplicity of working with the material, the possibility of applying it in the most hard-to-reach places, high heat-saving performance, along with waterproofing properties and, at the same time, the ability of the coating to "breathe", allows " Keramoizolu» take practically the leading position among the well-known in construction thermal insulation materials.

Created Dec 12, 2011
KERAMOIZOL is a unique patented heat-insulating paint produced by the Ukrainian company Incor +, whose head office and production facilities are located in the city of Severodonetsk.

The liquid thermal insulation of this manufacturer is a thick, sour cream-like suspension, which covers surfaces of any materials. After hardening, the composition forms a strong, but elastic film, which retains its integrity even with significant shifts in the base or permanent vibration load (for example, when processing engineering systems).

The paint is made on the basis of a liquid polymer resin binder, where a special filler is added - ceramic hollow balls - thanks to which the material receives such a low thermal conductivity.

As a diluent, ordinary water is used, which, unlike organic solvents, does not adversely affect the environment. natural environment and completely safe for the human body.

Sealed porous ceramic balls form a dense layer on the treated surface, reflecting thermal energy. Thanks to him, the paint is effective for protecting various objects from excessive heating during the summer period.

The popularity of this innovative heat insulator is also due to the ease of working with it. Unlike mineral mats, which are mounted on a pre-made crate, this one is no less effective material can be applied with a regular brush. Especially strongly all the advantages of liquid insulation are manifested in the thermal protection of pipelines of complex shape. At the same time, the treated surfaces will not only be protected from freezing, but will also acquire an attractive appearance.

Advantages

Unlike liquid heat-insulating materials from other manufacturers, KERAMOIZOL paint, produced by the Ukrainian company Inkor +, has a huge number of advantages:

  • after painting the walls inside the premises, the geometry and usable area of the room does not decrease, because for effective protection from heat loss, it is enough to apply a layer of paint 1 mm thick;

  • thermal insulation composition practically does not increase the total weight of the building, since the mass of 1 m 2 of coating (1 mm thick) is only 250 grams, which cannot be compared with mineral wool or fiberglass;

  • the use of a liquid heat insulator allows you to mount network engineering at a smaller distance from each other, since additional space for the installation of heat-insulating shells is not required;

  • when using KERAMOIZOL paint, there is no need to install hydro- and vapor barrier membranes that protect classic heaters from moisture;

  • possible damage resulting from a significant impact load or surface deformation is easily repaired by simply applying a new layer of heat-insulating paint;

  • the guaranteed service life of the heat-insulating layer is 25 years, however, the liquid ceramic composition retains its operational properties for much longer;

  • unlike classic paints with organic solvents, KERAMOIZOL does not require additional ventilation of the room or the use of respiratory protection equipment during application.

KERAMOIZOL is a unique heat-insulating composition, performance characteristics which is an order of magnitude higher than that of the closest competitors.

WE OFFER TO YOUR ATTENTION THE POLYMENIAL HIGH-TECHNOLOGICAL HEAT-SAVING COMPOSITION "KERAMOIZOL" WITH THE USE OF NANOTECHNOLOGIES

Minimizing or reducing heat loss by liquid heat-insulating paints has a significant difference in understanding the mechanism of building insulation. New generation insulation using nanotechnology " Keramoizol"and its energy-saving properties are explained by the fact that this paint is an optical system that is able to reflect heat, since" Keramoizol“in its physical composition contains a huge number of hollow bodies (spherical).

At the same time, energy-saving paint has the lowest emissivity than the materials that currently exist on the market for building energy-saving materials.

Liquid energy-saving paint has a film whose role is to reflect heat, that is, to return the flow of heat that leaves the room, and the treated surface with energy-saving paint is able to radiate much less heat.

Thanks to such abilities as hydrophobicity and reduced resistance to vapor permeability of energy-saving paint, the surface on which Keramoizol is applied is under the thinnest film and dries out in very a short time, providing the greatest thermal resistance. In this case, a process takes place in which the energy of solar heat is not used, in which moisture would evaporate from the surface layer, but the structure itself is heated.

As the results of the monitoring for the presence of moisture content on structures that are covered with energy-saving paints show, the volume of moisture on the walls of the building reaches the so-called equilibrium state, that is, due to a decrease in moisture content, the thermal resistance of the walls increased by 10%.

The energy-saving efficiency of using Keramoizol energy-saving paint directly depends on the initial thermal resistance of the wall, the season (season), the specific location where the structure is located, its building density and the number of clear days. The value can reach 45%.

"KERAMOIZOL" - excellent sun protection

Studies have shown that throughout the entire period of use of the Keramoizol energy-saving layer, the surface is capable of reflecting more than 90% of solar energy.

The ingress of heat into the room can be reduced several times when using "Keramoizol". And this, in turn, increases the level of comfort for the people who are in this room and, as a result, significantly reduce the cost of air conditioning this building.

Using energy-saving paint on surfaces such as pipelines with petroleum products and chemical compounds (volatile), terminals, tanks and other surfaces, it is possible to significantly reduce the temperature of the contents, as well as the degree of evaporation.

KERAMOIZOL. What he really is?

Energy saving paint " KERAMOIZOL"It's completely the new kind thermal insulation using nanotechnology, which was developed by the inventors of Ukraine. The heat-insulating material greatly simplifies the insulation work of residential, industrial, social and budget buildings and structures, as well as metal elements and structures, perfectly protects against condensate, freezing or overheating, heat loss of pipelines for various purposes, from condensate - metal surfaces, slopes, suitable as a sealant for houses from wooden frame. To achieve the desired effect Keramoizol it is enough to apply with a thickness of 1 to 2 mm. You can find reviews on keramoizol and videos by clicking on the appropriate links.

Part Keramoizol hollow ceramic microspheres and fillers are included, which allow the coating to be durable, fireproof, and also to be distributed as evenly as possible over the surface. This composition gives Keramoizol the properties of reflective thermal insulation, i.e. the material works like a two-way mirror.

Where did this idea come from?

This technology was developed for the American Space Shuttle rockets several decades ago. Since classical bulky materials turned out to be unsuitable for space development, scientists were forced to look for new technologies that, with a small thickness, would be able to provide significant protection against thermal, sound and radiation waves. It was this idea that was taken as the basis.

But KERAMOIZOL- this is a completely Ukrainian product, which is protected by a patent for an invention, all materials and components, as well as production are Ukrainian.

Energy-saving paint "Keramoizol" is an environmentally friendly product, it has passed all the tests. It can be diluted (diluted) with water, which will allow you to work with keramoizol in the treated room without additional ventilation. You can also use Keramoizol with a varnish base (it is advisable to use it in winter time year with an air temperature less than +5 °C).

Energy-saving paint is used during its application in the same way as ordinary paint, usually in two or three layers with a brush or roller, spray gun, spray gun on all types of surfaces (with the exception of polyethylene).

The coating layer of energy-saving paint should be no less than 0.5 mm thick. The consumption rate of keramoizol with a coating layer is 1 liter per 2 square meters.

Drying and polymerization continues after 24 hours, after which it will be possible to apply finishing materials (putty, paint, treat with other finishing materials). After complete drying, the energy-saving material works without losing its physical properties in the temperature range from -50 °C to + 220 °C, but there is also a special high-temperature composition that can maintain its properties up to a temperature of +700 °C.

The heat-insulating coating "KERAMOIZOL" belongs to the flame-retardant group B1, the non-propagating flame group RP1, the low flammability group G1 with the smoke-generating ability of the D2 group (moderate).

« Keramoizol“it is transported in a container that is hermetically sealed, while the consistency of the material in the container is already ready for use. In case of thickening, the suspension must be diluted with water (water), or acetone, or acetate solvents for varnish (no more than 15% of the original volume) solution.

In addition to high thermal insulation characteristics, the new film coating has excellent soundproofing properties.

The color of the coating is grey/white, but it can be changed by introducing coloring fillers.

« Keramoizol“Designed for thermal insulation of industrial, administrative, domestic, utility buildings and structures with a wide variety of shapes, internal as well as external walls / surfaces of structures and buildings (concrete, brick, ceramics, wood), foundations, vehicles, steam pipelines, hot water, water heating equipment of boiler houses; roofs of refrigerated trucks, hangars, oil pipelines and oil tanks.

This material protects the elements of steel profiled structures used in construction from the formation of condensate on their surface and protects them from corrosion.

It is characterized by excellent adhesion (adhesion to the surface) to steel (at least 0.6 MPa), plastics (with the exception of polyethylene), concrete (at least 1 MPa), brick. When coatings with a thickness of 3 mm are used, in hardware buildings (pumping rooms, compressor rooms, and others), the possibility of condensation on the walls is excluded.

Its use in residential areas also prevents the formation of condensation and fungal colonies on walls, floors and ceilings. And energy costs for space heating during the cold season are reduced by at least 30%.

« Keramoizol“- frost-resistant (up to -50 °C), which allows it to be used as a thermal waterproofing of freezers, while the labor costs for creating a coating are much lower than when forming a thermal insulation layer from foam boards and waterproofing from roofing felt and foil.

We care about the quality of products, each batch of products is carefully controlled.

That is why, subject to the application technology, the buyer receives a guarantee from the manufacturer 7 years.

Supplied packaging - plastic buckets of 5 and 10 liters. The price is without VAT.

In its original form, it is a liquid pasty, gray consistency, which includes glass balls the size of which is up to 100 microns, plus an acrylic polymer together with a dispersed polysiloxane. These binders allow steam to pass through, but do not pass water, which allows the roof to breathe!

These glass beads tend to be filled with an inert gas, which in turn leads to a decrease in thermal conductivity and the ability to reflect up to 75% of both heat and cold, as well as scatter up to 95% of infrared radiation. All these abilities together allow "Keramoizol" to perfectly keep warm in your home.

"" has excellent adhesion to iron, plastic, concrete, brick, and wood (but unfortunately not to polyethylene). Polyethylene, can be used as storage "Keramoizol".

After applying " " to the object, after a while, a strong, elastic film is formed, with a thickness of 0.5 to 3.5 mm. (you need to choose from the requirement for the object)

Attention!!! It is important!

Water-based thermal insulation is afraid of frost, it is necessary to store and work with the material at least at +5°C

Curing time depends on temperature environment. For example: At a temperature of 70°C, complete polymerization will occur in about 40-80 minutes, that is, the higher the temperature, the less time is needed for polymerization.
