2. While the hearts are stewing, peel and dice the potatoes, after washing them in water.

3. Also peel the carrots and onions and cut them into small cubes.

4. After the specified time, add the vegetables to the pan to the offal. If there is broth left, then you do not need to add water. If not, then pour in enough water so that it slightly does not reach the top of the ingredients. Pour some more salt and pour in vegetable oil. Reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer the vegetables for another 20-25 minutes with the lid closed.
