Grapes (preferably large red) cut in half, remove the seeds. Peel the tangerines, divide into individual slices and cut into cubes. Combine all ingredients.

Season with a mixture of olive mayonnaise, cream, dry red wine and orange juice. Add a pinch of salt or other spices to taste. Line a salad bowl with green lettuce leaves, on which put an almost cooked salad.

Ingredients:

  • cauliflower - 150 g
  • fresh tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • cucumbers - 1 pc.
  • kishmish grapes - 1 cup

  • bulgur - 1 cup
  • red grapes - 1 cup
  • stem celery - 3 pcs.
