  • 80 grams of fresh cucumbers;

  • 25 milliliters of odorless sunflower oil;
  • 5 grams of salt.

Step by step cooking process

  1. We clean the sweet bell pepper, cut it first into 4 parts along, and then into strips across.
  2. We wash a small fresh cucumber, remove the tails, cut first into two parts along, and then into half rings.
  3. We peel one small head of onion from the husk (it is better to use purple salad onions, it is not so sharp and very beautiful), cut into thin feathers.
