  4. While the main ingredient is cooling, proceed to the rest of our recipe. We wash the tomatoes well, then cut them into not too thin circles, which we then divide into quarters;

Crab-apple salad with Chinese cabbage

This unusual recipe will delight lovers of the combination of salty and sweet, namely fruits with more satisfying ingredients. In its composition, more budgetary, so to speak, natural boiled-frozen meat is used, which can always be replaced with fresh crab or, conversely, with crab sticks from surimi meat.

We will need:

  • Boiled-frozen crab meat natural - 400 grams;
  • Large green sour apples - 2 pcs.;
  • Chinese cabbage - 150 grams;
  • Onion greens - 5 feathers;
  • Garlic - 1 clove;
  • Olive oil - 90 ml;
  • Lemon juice - 45 ml;
  • Apple cider vinegar (6%) - 25 ml;
  • Salt.

Cooking:

  1. Defrost crab meat, pour salted boiling water for a few minutes and drain in a colander, then divide into fibers;
