In order to evaluate the totals relatively, some criterion that is the same for everyone is needed. A sample of 100,000 random pairs was created, for each the indicators for all categories were calculated, sorted and ranked. And so on several times. We verified that the distribution of scores does not change with changes in the composition of the sample.
