Astrological aspects of the planets. Aspects of planets in the natal chart

  • 26.09.2019

Let's talk about the aspects.

Aspect concept - key concept astrology. Nowadays, in colloquial speech, the word Aspect is understood as the angle of view.

In astrology, "aspect" is also an angle, it is the distance between two indicators of a horoscope: planets, house cusps, etc.

We call aspects only the special distances at which the planets interact with each other, enter into resonance. Resonance is a special state when two interacting systems coincide in something and the effect is much greater.

Aspects are globally divided into two groups: major and minor.

Major aspects are the main ones, there are 5. They were postulated by the patriarch of astrology, Klabdi Ptolemy.

Major:
Harmonious:
Compound 0˚
Sextile 60˚
Trigon 120˚
Tense:
Square 90˚
Opposition 180˚

In principle, only these aspects can be dispensed with in forecasting.

In certain sections of astrology, the use of only them is quite justified. But the rapid development of astropsychology, especially in the West, led to the fact that astrologers were still carried away with minor aspects.

There are 18 aspects in total.

Where did the minor aspects come from and why are they needed?

Most of the minor aspects were introduced by Johannes Kepler. He revived pythagorean teaching about the harmony of the world. As a professional mathematician, he was worried about mathematical harmony, so he invented many of these minor aspects, believing that the planets would interact at such distances.

Some of these aspects arose even later..

The major aspect has a double manifestation in the horoscope:

1.) This is some very essential feature of our personality (just as the position of the planet in the sign endows us with some quality, so the major aspect also endows us with absolutely certain qualities);

2.) It manifests itself at the event level (that is, it is not only what is inside us, but also this is a certain circumstance of our life. This is an event expression, an event level. This is why major aspects are valuable. These are specific life events that have occurred, either happen, or they happen all the time.)

The most important question, inextricably linked with the concept of an aspect, is the orbis. Orbis - (Latin circle, circle) is a tolerance (+/-) within which the aspect operates.

Each aspect has its own meaning (we say sextile is 60˚). Cases when there will be exactly 60˚ between the planets are rare. The planets won't line up to give us an accurate hit. Those. orbis is a tolerance from the exact value +/-, which we can still accept.

For example, if between the planets there is not 60˚, but 63˚, then we must know what is the orbis of this sextile.

All symbols in the aspect table are divided into 5 sections, 5 headings. The connection takes up a whole heading, because conjunction stands by right in a special place in astrology.

Compound also called conjunction. The magnitude of the aspect is 0 degrees. The orbis of the connection is from 7 to 10 degrees. The compound orbis is calculated as the half-sum of the values of the aspects listed in the table.

The planets in this table are divided into 4 levels and 3 rows. Each of these 4 levels is assigned a specific point value. To determine the orbis of the conjunction of two planets, we simply take their points and divide by two (we get a half-sum).

Sun Moon 10 points

Mars Mercury Venus 8 points

Jupiter Chiron Saturn 6 points

Pluto Uranus Neptune 4 points

The maximum orbis is 10 degrees. The orbis no longer exists. 10 degrees is the length of one dean's office, i.e. this is the 36th part of the circle. It fits into the 60-word system. Therefore, 10 degrees was assigned to the one who is always the strongest in the horoscope: the Sun and the Moon. Further, in progression, decreasing by two points, the next level was assigned 8 points and 6 points.

The slowest planets - 4 points.

Aspects with luminaries can be pulled.

The distance between the planets, which we consider when calculating the aspect, must always be less than 180˚. Because if the aspect turns out to be more than 180˚, this means that events unfold in the second half of the circle. And to find out the magnitude of this aspect, you need to subtract the resulting difference from 360˚.
With lunar nodes, the orbis of conjunction and opposition is 4 degrees. Likewise, the orbis of conjunction with the angles of the horoscope is 4 degrees.

The next section of the aspect table is the section called harmonious aspects.

It was theory. Now let's get down to practice.

We proceed to determine the aspects between the planets in our horoscope. How are aspects calculated?

Aspects are distances between planets. To calculate the aspect, you need to take the longitudes of the planets and subtract them from each other. So we will see what is the distance between them.
But when calculating the planets, they are all indicated in different signs... To calculate the aspects, they need to be brought into unified system... This system is called " absolute longitudes ".

Absolute longitudes are the longitudes of the planets in the 360˚ system. To translate the longitudes calculated by us into this system, we must remember the peaks, i.e. what degree each zodiac sign begins with.
The first step is to convert the longitudes of the planets into absolute values by rounding off. The principle of rounding in astronomy is such that if we have zero degrees and at least one minute, then this is already 1 degree, because this is one minute of the next degree.

For instance:
Longitude 0 degrees 01 minutes = 1 degree

If there is at least one minute, then this is already the next degree, but ONLY IN THE CASE if it is a direct planet. If the planet is retrograde, then the value is rounded down. This is an important note because computer programs do not take into account this moment and increase the longitude of the planet, despite the fact that it moves in the opposite direction.

To do this, in order, subtract the longitude of another from the longitude of one planet and, if there is an aspect, draw it in the appropriate graph. In the lower tabular part of our horoscope, we put down the absolute values of the longitudes of the planets. They can be easily identified using the Table of Absolute Longitudes:

For example.

If we need to determine the absolute longitude of the planet, which is 15 degrees Sagittarius. We are looking for the Sagittarius zodiac sign in the column and the corresponding value in the column. We get 240 - 270 degrees. We add to the smaller value "240", the required 15 degrees there.

We get 255 degrees. So, the absolute longitude of the planet located at 15 degrees Sagittarius is 255 degrees.

Thus, we calculate the absolute longitudes of all planets. Thanks to this table, it will be convenient for us to calculate the aspects.

Each aspect has its own designation. Aspects table:

The orbis of conjunction and opposition with the Nodes is 4 degrees. Also 4˚ is the orbis of conjunction with the angles of the horoscope.

Having calculated the aspects, we put them on our map. We use different colours: red, blue, black and green.

Harmonious aspects- Red color. Of these, two are minor and two are major.

They are multiples of 30 degrees.

Semisextile (minor) –30˚.

Sextile (major, i.e. main) - 60˚; Orbis 5˚.
Trigon (major, i.e. main) –120˚ Orbis 5 ˚ (for Sun and Moon 7˚)
Quicons (minor) - 150˚ (drawn as an inverted semi-sextile).

Signs spaced 150˚ apart, Ptolemy called separated. Because there is no such major aspect as 150˚, i.e. there is no connection between these signs.
Minor aspects have small orbs. And in the major aspects, in sextile and trigon 5˚, regardless of the planets.

Tense aspects(also two major and two minor) - drawn in blue (multiplicity 45˚)
Semi-square 45˚ Orbis 1,5 ˚
Square 90˚ Orbis 5˚
One and a half square 135˚ Orbis 1,5 ˚
Opposition 180˚ (orbis - see conjunction)

The creative and phobic aspects are always minor.

Creative aspects are drawn in green... These are aspects of a positive plan. A person in whose horoscope there are many green aspects cannot but be a creative person.

Creative(green, multiples of 18 degrees):
Vigintil 18˚
Decile 36˚ (decile-10, its value is 36˚, 36˚ is the 10th part of the circle).
Quintile 72 ˚
Tridecyl 108 ˚
Biquintile 144˚

Phobic aspects (show fears, complexes) - Black color.
One of the moons of Mars is called Phobos. Phobos in Greek is fear. Phobic aspects are aspects of irrational fears. These are our incomprehensible fears, complexes. If a person has a lot of black aspects in the horoscope, then he has many subconscious fears, phobias, and some kind of complexes. This is indicated by the black aspects. But there is no need to be afraid of them. It is only what is inside us, what is not confirmed by real circumstances.

Phobic(multiples of 20 degrees):

Half-run 20˚
Nonagon 40˚
Binonagon 80˚
Sentagon 100˚

When drawing in a horoscope, major aspects are drawn with a solid line, and minor ones - with a dotted line.

We get a ready-made horoscope.

This brings us to the end of the topic "Building a horoscope manually". You have got acquainted with the rules of building a foundation on which there is a huge castle called "Astrology". This is the simplest and most accessible to absolutely everyone (even a computer) part of astrology.

Aspects of the planets- are individual components of the horoscope, their readings are the most accurate and specific of everything that is in the horoscope. Of course, this affects the characteristics of a person's character and his astropsychology, and, as you know, it is the character that is the creator of fate. But it should be remembered that the aspects - "ray" still describe not the person himself, but his life, the dynamics of the inner world and behavior, but they cannot influence the main social events in the fate of a person, which are created exclusively through the houses of the horoscope.

QUALITY ASPECTS

Aspect is a stream of vibrations exchanged between planets full of cosmic energy. This energy comes from everyone celestial bodies, mixes up and merges at harmonious aspect or interferes with each other in a disharmonious aspect.

PLANETARY ASPECTS

Five main major aspects are used by all astrologers, these aspects are multiples of 30 degrees, obtained by dividing the circle (360 °) into 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 parts of Radix: conjunction, sextile, square, trigon, opposition. Auxiliary aspects will be semi-sex and quicons (quincunx). Aspects also work well for House cusps, as a rule they show their properties in a slow progression (any major aspect). Including Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto or any stationary planet in transit creates a long-term impact on the house cusp (conjunction). The orbis of the influence of the connection is 1 degree descending and exact aspect, the diverging transit aspect has little effect on the cusp of the house, and has nothing to do with the events of the subject, as a rule, only with the consequences of the events that have already occurred!

Major aspects:

  • Conjunction (neutral) from 0 to 9 degrees - depends on the nature of the planets;
  • Kind aspects (harmonious) - semi-sextile 30, sektile 60, trigon 120;
  • Evil aspects (disharmonious) - square 90, opposition 180, quicons 150;

The error of the aspects of the planets in a few hours, or per day is minimal, the only exception is the Moon (The speed of the Moon in the Zodiac is approximately 0.5 degrees of arc in one hour.). Therefore, those aspects that you received in your Personal Horoscope are the most accurate.

Astrological aspects indicate a resonant connection that exists between certain planets and sensitive points of the horoscope. Aspects show whether the planets affect each other harmoniously or destructively, strongly or weakly, explicitly or covertly. By the aspects, you can accurately determine possible changes and turns in fate.

MUTUAL ASPECTATION OF THE PLANETS. The astropsychology handbook provides information on the characteristics of "planet - aspect - planet", excluding the planets in the signs of the zodiac and the houses of the horoscope.

Harmonious and disharmonious aspects

Harmonious aspects guide a person towards good and are favorable in business, bad - give tension, aggression, changes, accidents. Harmonious aspects indicate well-established, stable, eternal spiritual attachments. They show talents and abilities acquired and accumulated from life to life. It is they who give us inner confidence and give us advantages, since in matters related to such aspects, a person knows himself, is able to correctly assess the situation and respond to possible irritation from the outside.

The harmonious aspects between the planets of Radix show the traversed, and therefore familiar path, which in our present life becomes natural. Multiple trigonal aspects give a person wisdom, poise, steadfastness and resilience in overcoming various obstacles. The Star of David, consisting of two trigonal configurations, gives its owner a colossal cosmic force and protection.

Favorable configuration promotes success in those areas of life that are indicated by the corresponding fields of the horoscope. But often these aspects are inclined to a certain pampering, effeminacy, inactivity, to indifference and indifference, to frequent bouts of laziness. Undoubtedly, strong favorable aspects can bring luck and often flamboyant talent.

Our distant predecessors did not use the aspect of the number eight - 45 ° (degrees). They relied only on aspects that are multiples of 30, and generated natural numbers- one, two, three, four and six (360 ° or 0 °, 180 °, 120 °, 90 ° and 60 °).

It also happens that people who have only good aspects in Radix, in fact, turn out to be very gray personalities without any deep and serious interests, without any special experiences. Arrogant, arrogant characters living in a world of illusions and their own imagination may also come across among them.

With unfavorable aspects a person has difficulty coordinating his strength and energy. Hence the erratic behavior and irregularity in everything. Either he is overwhelmed with energy, burns with the desire to act, then he is in complete decline or falls into depression; then, like a madman, he rushes forward, not knowing where and why, then he steps back, also not knowing or not understanding why. But if you know how to reasonably manage these same aspects, then they help to shake up, wake up, pull yourself together and act in spite of bad influence. If a person does not give in to temptations and temptations, he knows how to curb his strength and temper, he is able to achieve much, even more than he expects.

It is the negative aspects that give strength to fight, to overcome obstacles and obstacles, temper the spirit and strengthen the will. These aspects should be viewed through the prism of Taoism, as the complementarity of light and shadow, action and rest, construction and destruction. If there are many oppositions and quadratures in Radix, this indicates a set

obstacles and obstacles, as well as braking, various difficulties and stressful working life. But on the other hand, they greatly strengthen the will and character of a person, enriching him with knowledge and raising the level of spirituality.

Negative aspects indicate problems not resolved in past life... They show what a person owes, and how and to whom he should repay the debt. These aspects are given so that people can correct their past mistakes and delusions. They also show that in the past, the owner of this horoscope misused his energy, squandered it, which greatly blocked progress and progress on the path of evolution.

Change is measured in cycles. Age cycles do not indicate external events, but only stages of personal growth (in accordance with the nature of the transit planets). The crisis years that people complain about the most are the least controllable, as even with the highest precaution, a person has no means of avoiding them:

At 7 years old. The growing square of Saturn to its natal position, semi-sextile of Uranus.

12 years old. First return of Jupiter.

14 years. Opposition of Saturn, sextile of Uranus.

19 years. Return of the Lunar Nodes.

21 years old. The falling square of Saturn, the first square of Uranus. 24 years. Second return of Jupiter.

27 years. The return of the progressive moon.

28 years. The growing trine of Uranus. Lunar nodes inversion.

30 years. Repetition of the natal aspect of the Sun-Moon in progressions. Opposition of Jupiter.

36 years. The second growing square of Saturn, the third return of Jupiter.

36-60 in this interval for different generations the square of Pluto is possible.

38 years. Second return of the Nodes.

42 years. Opposition of Uranus, growing square of Neptune, opposition of Jupiter.

84 years old. The Return of Uranus, the Seventh Return of Jupiter. Inversion of Nodes.

Every person in different years his life, falls under the inevitable impact of various aspects, the return of the planets to their original position, progressive influence. These are significant periods in which a person learns the lessons of growth or decline, the birth of something new or the destruction of the old one of his life.

The reference book on astropsychology provides information, aspects between the planets, without taking into account the planets in the signs and houses of the horoscope, works in ORION-online.

The planets in the horoscope are subdivided into:

This article is for those who use astrology as a tool to improve their character, development positive qualities and correcting negative ones.

Hence the rule that should have been crammed back in school: the person who is able to resist his desires (knows how to deny himself) has the power to resist the negative effects of his fate. Which, in turn, manifests itself through the planets and aspects.

Those aspects that exist in the natal chart are traits... The peculiarity is to react to something in a certain way. Tense, squaring and opposition, give a negative impact. It is expressed in a tendency to react incontinently, irritably, harshly, or, on the contrary, to leave unanswered (ignore) to certain situations. Well, harmonious trines and sextiles form our strengths, help in an appropriate situation to use everything for the good, because there is an initial positive attitude and love for oneself and one's neighbors.

The best situation in the map is when ALL aspects are present, but there is some preponderance towards harmonious ones, there are a little more of them. Then a person has the energy to develop from tense aspects, he has something to be dissatisfied with himself and strive for perfection. But he also has something to be proud of and in something to see (receive evidence) the love of the Almighty for himself. It comes from harmonious interactions.

If there are few tense aspects, then a person is inclined to be satisfied with himself, he simply has nothing to tense up for and grow up. Him and so every day Shrovetide. This gives an extremely happy childhood and adolescence. But then envy begins to those who bypassed him through their efforts. At some point, a person can simply find a stagnant swamp around him. And at the same time, he will understand that everything suits him and continue to lead an inert plant life, latently losing respect for himself. But by continuing to consume comfort and goods.

So, if you find squares and oppositions in your map, do not rush to think badly about them. Yes, they will forever be your irritants. But they are the ones that give energy for development. And that means for achievements. Already for this it is worth showing tolerance to them.

But, like any tool, handling them requires knowledge of safety precautions.

Opposition

The opposition gives a fundamental disagreement, an initial irreconcilable position. Man accepts for himself the manifestation of the principle of only one of the planets participating in the configuration. And flatly refuses to recognize the right of the second to influence.

We will immediately consider it with a specific example. Take the opposition of Uranus and Mercury. This means that a person recognizes separately the existence of sudden insights and the possibility of non-standard behavior. And separately he can work with logic and speak well. But he does not understand how it can be combined. He is convinced that if something can be put into words, explained in an intelligible language, written down (Mercury), then this cannot pretend to be extraordinary (Uranus). It is initially simple, stereotyped, banal and understandable to everyone. And if someone does something innovative, extraordinary, creative, then it is definitely impossible to put it in a verbal form. Words will vulgarize and destroy everything. The same ban on logic. If logic is present (Mercury), then no cardinal changes can occur by definition (Uranus). Hence the desire to arrange local revolutionary upheavals in one's life without any rationality and control of the mind.

In fact, the opposition is not as terrible as in theory. When a person with opposition in the card begins to act in practice. He is surprised to find that the wolves are fed and the sheep are safe. In the midst of spontaneous changes in Uranus, he begins to be good at explaining what is happening, using his Mercury. And even to grasp the logic and follow it, without rejecting it as something capable of destroying the whole idea of cardinal changes in life.

Well, at the moment of ordinary thinking or answering an ordinary question, he realizes that you can show non-standard thinking and allow a sudden insight to change the course of reasoning. And do not look at the same time, to put it mildly, not a very healthy person. On the contrary, make a decent impression.

Being just a theoretical contradiction, the opposition of the two planets in the map can come to a full elaboration by the age of 30, and maybe even earlier. And give the ability to simultaneously use two qualities and thereby gain competitive advantage in front of others. Well, for example, if it is Mars and Venus, then the decisive actions of such a person will always be tactful in relation to others and aesthetic in execution. Conversely, the need to satisfy your desires will always be reinforced by a good concentration of willpower towards achieving what you want.

In order to tame the opposition, in fact, it is enough to start acting. Theoretical intransigence magically disappears in practice.

Quadrature

Squaring is the more problematic aspect. Her insidiousness is that it starts out as a trine, with a great belief that everything will be cool and here it is, my finest hour, everything should definitely work out for me. In theory, quadrature is not felt at all, a person considers himself to be completely harmonious and perfectly developed. But practice quickly reveals all problems and roughnesses. The bottom line is always unsatisfactory. In simple words- the person will definitely be unhappy with how everything turned out.

For example, let's take the square between the Moon and the Sun. It's just that this is the most sensational and frightening aspect, which gives a high level of conflict and a tendency to divorce, as well as other rash actions. Many people want to consider it.

The aspect itself signifies the ever-present connection between the Sun and the Moon. One does not appear without the other. The sun is our will and outer activity, and the moon is our emotions and inner life. With such a square, when a person decides something (the Sun), he always places great emotional expectations on it (the Moon). Naturally, anyone is waiting positive emotions, that is, he himself initiates only what should make him happy. But in reality, in the end, he always turns out to be disappointed. His real emotions will always be far from expected, because his consciousness (the Sun) was mistaken about the true deep desires (the Moon).

V reverse side works too. If the Moon turns on first, then something triggered his expectations and emotional reaction. The person is excited (in any direction, happy or angry). And he is not able to simply ride out his emotional storm. He absolutely needs to do something right away. Start to act. The aspect demands to be drawn into the whole Sun. Moreover, he is convinced that he is completely sober and clearly understands what and how to do to balance his emotions. To further enhance happiness or remove unhappiness. And of course, practice quickly makes adjustments to the ideal plan. The actions are somewhat clumsy and, in the end, traditionally unsatisfactory. The result is not as good as we would like. And sometimes frankly bad.

This is a square, it does not happen otherwise ...

With quadrature, one must clearly realize that it is never worked through to the end. From time to time, a person will act on the planets in this aspect more and more subtly, trying to take into account past mistakes and provide for all options. But he will never be completely satisfied with the result. It will always seem to him that if he had worked a little more on himself (or on preparing for action), it could be better.

Practice, or forging your character

So there is a tense aspect. And how to tame him, a person does not understand where exactly he needs to start? In fact, everything is very simple. Nature itself took care of everything. We are born as deeply social animals. We absolutely cannot do without communication with other people. It is these other people who will kindly take on the task of developing us.

As long as a person has some kind of conflict with himself inside, he will certainly be sent by fate to people who will begin to bring this conflict out. Becoming the protagonists of the play.

Opposition

Take, for example, the opposition between Saturn and Venus. A person does not want to receive the limitations of his desires. And considers life experience and maturity is the killer of happiness.

When he himself has Venus active, then there will definitely be someone who will take on the role of Saturn. Venus will offer some kind of pleasure option, something to please and pamper yourself. But there will be an extremely mature and authoritative person nearby, possibly older in age, or will behave from the position of superiority of life experience, greater maturity. And this person will begin to appeal to conscience, to reason, forbidding to receive pleasure, which is literally a stone's throw away. Thus interfering with happiness.

In youth, when a person is just learning to handle his natal chart, this causes a terrible conflict, rejection of the authority of the figure acting in the role of Saturn. This can be expressed in a conflict with parents or teachers, unwillingness to communicate with older people, believing that they will deprive them of the opportunity to receive pleasure, they will forbid everything and limit everything in everything.

Over time, a more relaxed attitude comes. The man argues with his opponents. But he begins to understand that at the same time no one can deny him in practice what Venus offers. And Venus offers what brings happiness. At one moment, it will be happiness to have a puppy, at another the opportunity to go on vacation, of course this is the question of falling in love and choosing a partner, etc. It's just that at the moment of a dispute, a person in himself, arguing his right to these benefits, works through his doubts sent by his Saturn. And through this, he either corrects desires, or finally resolves.

Well, at a developed level, a person already knows how to do without disputes with his environment. A person already knows that he just needs to start embodying and everything will come to balance by itself.

This same opposition sounds in parallel from its second side. When it is necessary to embody something in life experience (Saturn), then a person with such an aspect seems that this will completely deprive him of comfort and all the benefits. If he decides on something serious, then a provocateur immediately appears, who urges "why do you need all this, but look how cool you can relax and live in comfort without bothering", etc. At the beginning of the study, this is quite capable of taking a person away from his serious plans, in the middle, he simply argues to himself through communication with a friend that comfort will not suffer so much and everything will be fine, but then he already copes just at the level of reflection.

Quadrature

Consider, say, the squaring of Mars and Jupiter.

It in itself means that the actions of a person (Mars) are in conflict with his morality (Jupiter). When such a person accumulates strength and undertakes something, then in theory he is sure that he does everything from the point of view of high morality and everything is fine. But in reality, everything turns out not ethically enough and clearly gives some problems to others, and this spoils the person's reputation. In the opposite case, when a person studies the Scriptures or other moral (scientific) knowledge (Jupiter), he is convinced that he can do it perfectly (Mars). But in fact, he is convinced that it is much harder for him to fast than he expected, it is even more difficult to keep his word, and so on. Real forces and internal capabilities (Mars) turn out to be weaker than the bar for Jupiter intended. And it is very unpleasant to notice all this in oneself. But it is precisely this force that will constantly push a person to improve in both directions.

In more simple version such a student is confident that he can easily prepare for the exam in the last couple of nights. As a result, he states that this is not his method and of course disgraces himself on the exam.

Everything will be worked out the same way. If a person somehow regards his Mars (our student is convinced that a couple of days is enough for him), then fate is guaranteed to send him that teacher (Jupiter) who will prove the opposite to him. Naturally, the poor fellow will be tolerant of himself and extremely dislike a harmful teacher.

Well, either a person turns on Jupiter and is sure that he can help someone. Become a savior and benefactor. Promises joyfully and with three boxes. Naturally, he does not cope and the situation only worsens. The addicted person is then forced to take on the role of Mars. When he is let down in in the best possible way throw out your resentment and aggression from such a disservice. Mars is easily manifested through anger. And here, too, a person will be completely satisfied with his Jupiter (well, I'm so kind, sympathetic, compassionate, and I had connections), but he will extremely condemn the ungrateful beggar. At first he sobbed from his problems, but now he does not agree with what happened, let him be happy, he is not worthy of that either.

At the middle level, a person begins to understand that others are not to blame for his problems and should not be labeled as "bad guys." I didn’t manage it subtly enough, that’s why it happened, and that’s why such a reaction to my actions. At the same time, he begins to be afraid to take on roles related to his quadrature. But fate will force. And he will simply take into account past mistakes over and over again, apologize for sharp edges and draw conclusions.

At the last level, a person proves not to someone, but to himself that he can take this height. He sets tasks for himself, and is constantly dissatisfied with himself to the end. Finds what else can be polished and made more perfect. And at the same time, he begins to love the very possibilities of manifesting himself in quadrature. At this level, the square around him is no longer noticed. Outwardly, a person is flawless.

Compound

I will separately touch upon the connection. By itself, it is not considered a stressful aspect. This simply means that when one planet is turned on, another is turned on in tandem with it, and they do not walk alone.

It all depends only on the level of personal development and you need to work on it. If a person is of a high level, then they will be taken from both planets best qualities and the connection will become a point of power. If a person is not far from a barbarian, then at the moment the connection is turned on, the worst qualities of both planets will appear and this will only aggravate the situation.

For example, the stirring poets of the conjunction of Venus and Mars. On the high level it is sophistication combined with concentration and determination. And at low it is licentiousness, multiplied by aggression and anger.

It will manifest itself through people in the form of a companion (comrade) that appeared in time. And already the one who will connect to your actions will outwardly manifest the level of your development. Roofing felts will be a strong assistant, roofing felts will create terrible problems. In the process of elaboration, intermediate options are also observed, of course.

***

I'll end where I started. Success in life is determined by the ability to restrain one's desires and make judgments about oneself. When a person knows how to do it himself, he is not touched by the people around him. He is RESPECTED. Self-control is POWER in its purest form. Until a person has acquired this, other people will protect us from themselves. Either prohibiting something (protection from problems by opposition), or criticizing (the requirement to improve by quadrature). As we grow as a person, this is no longer the right to be banned, but simply conversations, arguments with friends. People who have power over us give way to those who are simply not indifferent to us. Well, at the last level, students come.

To know or not to know? The dilemma of the age of Aquarius

And once again about freedom of choice and about fate

05.10.2018

I was offered to write an article on the topic "What to do if everything is so bad in your horoscope?" At first I agreed - why not? I would start with the phrase: “Continue to live, the worst thing has already happened to you - you were born” and then, in an ironic style, would relax the bored audience. In fact, this is such a publicity stunt. Try to attract to the consultation those potential clients who are simply afraid to know the future. What if everything is awful there? It's much safer to die when you don't know from what, right?

A person is constantly striving for something. Everyone has goals, dreams, desires, needs. And in astrology, the principles of absolute harmony are encoded. Having understood the principles laid down in every home, we can find for ourselves the answer to a very important question: "How to behave correctly in order to achieve the set goal?" But only if it's meaningful. According to the natal chart, I cannot answer where my beloved cat disappeared and where to look for him. True, horary astrology copes with this. And by studying any map you come to the realization higher harmony... To the meaning and importance of any turn of fate, starting from childhood. To the understanding that tensions are needed to move forward, and harmony is needed to transmit it to others. To the vision that there is no load without resources. And even if in some way it seems to you that here you are beaten more than others, take a closer look, because there are also moments of abundance in your card, where you will be given many times more than others.

The boundaries of personal will, or a measure of freedom

Astrology is a science that claims to have complete knowledge of people. Any natal chart contains full information about a human. It describes his psyche, character, response patterns, characteristics of the body and the degree of health, even his appearance. Each card has an answer to any question from a person's life. But only if it's meaningful. According to the natal chart, I cannot answer where my beloved cat disappeared and where to look for him. True, horary astrology copes with this. And by studying any map you come to the realization of the highest harmony. To the meaning and importance of any turn of fate, starting from childhood. Something stressful happens to any person several times in his life, something changes in the most ruthless way. Apparently, life shakes are simply essential for us in order to move towards something. It has been proven that man is an inert animal. And until they kick us into a bright future, we sit in a dilapidated present and continue to hope for something else. And suddenly here it - began - swirled in the rhythm of foxtrot. The familiar world was shaking from the changes. Just have time to dodge.

I am writing this article for those who are like a knight at a crossroads. And only a stone in front of him: if you go to the right, you will lose your horse, to the left, you cannot bear your head ...

When consulting people, most often you have to deal with human inertia. Even if not everything is going smoothly for us, we tend to adapt and be afraid to change something. All of these are ours: "A thin world is better than a good quarrel", "Tolerate - to fall in love", "God endured and told us", "To endure an hour, to live a century"

Let everything be flawed, albeit with obvious problems, but who is better now? I don’t want to change anything, and don’t force it.

And by and large, who are we to force? Everyone has the right to decide for himself what is happiness for him and what he is ready to endure.

Indication or temptation? - Make your choice, gentlemen

I will continue to write about what I began to understand only when I began to study astrology. This article is a kind of continuation of the article "Psychology through the eyes of an astrologer." Or maybe the beginning of such a cycle.

There are houses in the natal chart, they are responsible for the division of all areas of our life. Each has its own ruler. His activity triggers changes in the area under his jurisdiction. The rulers in the radix chart (at the time of birth) are somewhere.

Life begins - their directional movement begins. The inevitable moment of a sign change and a house change will come.

I have already written about how to use astrological knowledge to achieve your goals. The goal will correspond to some kind of astrological house and all advice is encoded in the principle of this house. Now let's set the goal not to solve any problem, but to personal growth as such. So, where should you start if you decide to change yourself?

So what are the transcendental planets for? Without being subject to our control, they move evolution. Both the World and the personality. Uranus teaches you to be non-standard, get out and cope with any difficulties. Neptune opens inner vision and gives understanding of the World, Pluto rewards with strength and capabilities. But only those whom I have checked and in whom I am sure.

They can be ignored. If they are already invisible and not subject to us. Or you can accept their challenge and change yourself. And even become their guide. But be aware, there are no workarounds. This is the only way to discover genius, vision and power.

As always, the choice is yours.

For me, astrology has become, first of all, a tool for cognizing this World. And only then the ability to predict and predict. Moreover, as practice shows, those who intuitively or with the help of books and teachers have grasped the laws of being, there is no point in asking them for help. Each aspect will be extremely beneficial anyway. And even if in some way life has temporarily stalled, that is, there is something to do in anticipation of changes.

All of our patterns of behavior are subject to planetary influences. The planets and the aspects between them are the forces that put pressure on us, forcing us to act in a certain way. The impact occurs through our desires. At some point, a strong craving for something simply finds a person. For example, you want to make trouble and conflict with everyone, or you want to overeat and gain through it excess weight, or the job becomes so disgusted that the person quits, simply because he feels that he can no longer tolerate such conditions.

Many astrologers often not only misinterpret aspects in the natal chart (having secured "knowledge" from the books of American astrologers), but still do not know how to find them! The rules that will be discussed in this article will make you look differently at this element of astrology.

Rules for working with aspects:

1.In the natal chart, they are an order of magnitude less significant than the major ones and in most cases can be completely ignored (for example, in horary charts). Excessive enthusiasm for them leads to the loss of the overall picture of the horoscope and annoying mistakes. Believe me, a client who turns to an astrologer for advice on whether to agree to the proposed job is much less interested in the karmic background of this situation than a clear and completely unambiguous answer to the essence of the question of interest.

2. Aspects in the natal chart, whatever they may be, can develop only between the planets located in signs that have the same aspect. For example, the trigonal aspect can take place only if two planets are located in the signs of the same element, the quadrature aspect - only if both planets are in signs of the same quality (cardinal, fixed, mutable), etc. Even if Mercury is at 29 0 59 ‘Aquarius, and Jupiter’ is 0 0 01 ′ Cancer, there is no trigon between them, because they are located in signs of different elements. And it is better not to make exceptions to this rule, even for connections!

3. The more accurate the aspect, the stronger its manifestation in the map. Therefore, orbs for planetary aspects should be selected following this rule. In practice, the optimal orbis is 7-8 0 for connection and opposition, 6-7 0 for quadrature and trigon, and 3-5 0 for sextile. I cite the "run-up" in orbs taking into account that for the planets of the septener it is slightly larger than for the trans-Saturn ones. If you use or plan to use minor aspects, take 0.5-1 0 for them.

4. For the North and South nodes, only the connection in the orb up to 7-8 0 with the planets, up to 5 0 with the axes of the horoscope and up to 20 with other points (cusps, parts) should be taken into account. For connection with the luminaries, especially when such a connection is accompanied by a lunar or solar eclipse, the orbis of the connection can be increased to 10-13 0.

5. Dividing aspects into “good and bad” is a dangerous delusion. Any aspect formed by the planets that are evil and hostile to each other (which are such in a particular map) cannot speak of the manifestation of positive qualities of character or of a favorable resolution of the situation at the event level. As well as any aspect between benefactors and planets friendly to each other (endowed with such qualities in a particular card) will not bode well for something very bad.

The essence of the aspect is not in imparting quality to the relationship between the planets involved in it, but in determining the way this interaction will take place:

  • with sextile and trigone - everything will be easy (in the case of good planets - a person will easily get the desired position, and in the case of evil planets he will just as easily lose his job);
  • when squaring and connecting - things will go hard, tensely, with a creak (in the case when beneficent planets are involved - a person will win a deserved victory, going through certain difficulties, making efforts; when pests are involved in the aspect - all his efforts will not be crowned with success and will end in failure);
  • the opposition stands apart in this vein of interpretation and, as a rule, says that the choice or deed made according to it will not justify itself, the person will regret it, or will return to its original state.

The meaning that aspects have in the natal chart should be established only taking into account the kindness / evil of the planets and their mutual relationship to each other. The degree of kindness of the planets in the horoscope is determined by their essential merits (zodiacal position). In the signs of their domicile, elevation, triplicity of the planet, the slopes are inclined to show their positive qualities, even if it is Mars or Saturn; in the signs of their fall or expulsion, the planets always show perverse ("evil") qualities, even if we are talking about Venus and Jupiter.

An important role is also played by the relationship between the planets that form the aspect. If they "hate" each other, then nothing good will come of their interaction, even if they are essentially good (good guys who "do not digest" each other will never go on vacation together).

The nature of the relationship between the planets is established by taking into account their receptions. The table shows how this is determined in practice. For example, Mars, located in the conditions of a night chart in the third degree of the sign of Pisces, loves Jupiter (as the ruler of the sign), exalts Venus (as the mistress of exaltation and term), appreciates its qualities (is in its own triplicity), completely a little sympathetic Saturn (ruler of the fas) and monstrous hates Mercury (lord of fall and exile). Using this approach, you can easily find out the relationship of the planets to each other.

However, even having established the nature of the planets forming the aspect (good / evil) and establishing their relationship (love / hate), one more circumstance should be taken into account - their ability to act (harm or benefit). This is established by clarifying their accidental status (taking into account the strength of the astrological houses in which they are located, the direction and speed of their movement, the factor of burning, the house of joy, etc.).

If the planets are accidentally weak, then they will not be able to have a significant impact - evil planets will not be able to significantly harm (a criminal who wants to rob your house, but locked in a prison, will not be able to carry out his plan), and good ones will not be able to help you (friend would gladly lend you money, but if he himself is broke, he is unlikely to be able to do it).

Thus, in order to determine how the aspect in the chart will actually manifest itself (and whether it will work at all), the astrologer should establish:

  • essential kindness / anger of the planets participating in it;
  • reception relationship of the planets that make up the aspect (love / hate);
  • their ability to act (accidental status).

Aspects in the natal chart, subject to the rules of working with them, can tell the astrologer a lot about a person or the questions asked to him. You just need to not waste your time on trifles and use a technically correct approach to their interpretation in working on the map. By the way, all the rules given here are equally valid not only for natal charts, but also for other types of charts.

In this article, we will analyze how to correctly understand and interpret the aspects of the planets in the natal chart... It is more difficult to describe the tense aspects (square and opposition) and some connections. Harmonious aspects are easier to interpret (trine and sextile).

The general rule for parsing and describing aspects of the natal chart:

To correctly interpret an aspect, you first need to understand the action of each planet entering the aspect (i.e. its function). It is necessary to begin the description with the planet in the sign - this is the primary manifestation of the planet. First, we disassemble the faster planet, then the slower one. Further, we are already moving on to the aspect itself - if the harmonious aspect - it helps the planets to manifest, if the tense aspect - it interferes with the expression of the qualities of these planets (especially the faster planet), and the connection can either strengthen, or distort, or add some features. And all this together (the planets in the sign and their aspect) is superimposed on the houses - i.e. already expressed in specific areas of life.

Now let's take a closer look at this rule. So, "To correctly interpret an aspect, you first need to understand the action of each planet entering the aspect (ie, its function)"- the article analyzes the functions of each planet. Before analyzing the aspect itself, we need to clearly understand what this particular planet is responsible for in the natal chart, i.e. what is its function. Realizing this, we consider the planet in a sign, i.e. follow this part of the above rule: "It is necessary to begin the description with the planet in the sign - this is the primary manifestation of the planet"... You can read a description of personal planets in the signs of the zodiac in this section of the site:.

- this is very important when analyzing aspects of the natal chart, although there are some amendments here. It is more important to consider this when analyzing the aspects between personal and social, higher planets. If the aspect involves both personal planets that are similar in their functions, then none of them gets special priority. For example, the Moon and Venus are similar in their functions - they are personal planets, they are both passive, receptive - a part of "Yin" or "Anima" in us, ie. our female component. Mars and the Sun are also personal similar planets, they are active, influencing, this is a part of "Yang" or "Animus" in us, that is, male component. With the aspect between Venus and the Moon, and with the aspect between the Sun and Mars, we disassemble each planet in a sign separately and then combine their influence (although the influence of Mars in its aspect with the Sun and the Moon in its aspect with Venus will still prevail). You should also do with the aspect of Mercury with the Moon and Venus. Mercury is loyal to all planets, even the tense aspects of Mercury is easier than others.

If the aspect involves personal, but different in function, planets, then in the analysis of the aspect, we also may not give priority to any planet, but we take into account that it is the more active planet that affects the passive, fast one. For example, the Moon in aspect with Mars - Mars influences the Moon, it is the Moon that will experience discomfort from Mars during intense interaction. Those. The moon has some of its properties, and Mars either allows the moon to express these properties (subconscious needs, desires) when harmonious combination, or complicates their expression - with a tense combination, and with a connection. Also, with the aspect between the Sun and the Moon - the Moon is influenced by the Sun, the energy of the Sun will dominate here. The moon perceives, reflects, and the sun shines, radiates. Although it is in this aspect that there is a nuance. The moon shines with the reflected light of the sun - so when analyzing this aspect (and even just when describing the moon in a sign), you always need to take this into account. The moon always has some peculiarities in connection with where the sun is located (in what sign the sun). For example, the Moon in Libra with the Sun in Scorpio will already be less loyal and open than with the Sun in Sagittarius.

If the aspect involves the personal and social planets, then "First we disassemble the faster planet, then the slower one"... Personal planets show exactly the characteristics of a person (aspirations, subconscious desires, activity, etc.), and social in aspects to personal (Jupiter and Saturn), how a person fits into external life, i.e. to society. Jupiter and Saturn in a sign also need to be considered, but the sign is already less important here than in the analysis of a personal planet. Jupiter and Saturn have been in the same sign for a long time, and they characterize certain qualities of a fairly large generation (especially Saturn). Therefore, the aspects of Jupiter and Saturn to the personal planets are more important than their position in the zodiac sign. Jupiter and Saturn influence personal planets (and not vice versa).

If personal and higher planets are involved in the aspect then the rule "First we disassemble the faster planet, then the slower one" here is also relevant. The Highest (Uranus, Neptune, Pluto) influences the personal. A higher planet with its aspect to a personal planet can greatly modify the manifestations of a personal planet in a sign, and here we can talk about such influences that are very difficult to overcome, in contrast to the aspects of Jupiter and even Saturn. The sign of the highest planet in the traditional interpretation of aspects has little meaning, because the higher planets pass through one zodiac sign for very long periods.

If the aspect involves the social and higher planets, rule "First we disassemble the faster planet, then the slower one" also applicable here. It is the higher ones that exert their influence on the social ones. The higher planets in aspect with the social ones modify the qualities of the social planets. But the aspects between the higher and social planets have practically no psychological connotation, i.e. they cannot be interpreted as internal conflicts. Their influence is more manifested at the level of the event sphere (as rulers of houses, planets in houses), or as some peculiarities of a person's worldview.

Other articles will look in more detail at aspects of Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto to personal planets, as well as aspects between social and higher planets.

Now consider directly the aspects themselves and this part of the above rule: "Further, we are already moving on to the aspect itself - if it is harmonious, it helps the planets to manifest, if it is tense, it interferes with the expression of the qualities of these planets (especially the faster one), and the combination can either enhance, or distort, or add some peculiarities."

When analyzing the natal chart, we use 5 main major aspects - conjunction, square, opposition, trine and sextile... Connection is the most powerful aspect - "... the connection can either enhance, or distort, or add some peculiarities"... If one planet in conjunction is not related to another, then there will be a distortion, if related, then amplification. For example, Venus and the Moon, related planets, since their functions are similar, as are the Sun and Mars.

Mercury, Moon, Venus, Jupiter, Neptune refer to each other “well”. the connection between any of these planets does not carry any special contradictions, or a serious conflict between the planets (although here you need to take into account the sign, if both planets are weak in sign, then this connection will already be disharmonious in itself - for example, the conjunction of the Moon and Venus in Scorpio ). The sun, Mars, Jupiter, Pluto - also show themselves well in conjunction with each other, they all have active energy (it is also worth considering the sign). The conjunctions of Mars or the Sun with Jupiter or Pluto significantly enhance personal planets (i.e. Mars and the Sun) - they increase willpower, activity, vitality, endurance (especially the conjunction of Mars, the Sun with Pluto). And here, even if the planets are weak (Mars or the Sun in Libra, in Cancer), then the conjunction with Pluto will strengthen them.

Mercury is loyal to all planets in conjunction, even with Mars, if the conjunction itself has no other tense aspects. This can be said about any connections, i.e. if from the conjunction of the planets there are oppositions or squares to other planets, then there is already disharmony. Those. the qualities of even strong planets in conjunction will be more difficult to express. For example, the conjunction of Venus and the Moon in Taurus square to Mars in Leo - both planets are strong and the conjunction itself is favorable, but the square from Mars makes it difficult for the natural manifestation of this conjunction. Those. the needs for stability, calmness and comfort of the Moon and Venus in Taurus conflict with the need for Mars in Leo for decisive and active action.

Saturn and Uranus conjunctions it is easiest for Mercury (it can even be favorable if there are no tense aspects from the conjunction), because these planets are of the mental level. Any other personal planets Saturn in conjunction restricts, and Uranus excites, makes restless. The conjunctions of Saturn and Uranus with the Moon can be especially difficult. For Mars, conjunction with Uranus can be favorable, Uranus will make Mars more energetic, faster, although it can add nervousness when located in some signs.

Higher planets, getting in conjunction with a personal planet(and especially in the stellium of personal planets) can significantly distort the expression of the planet. For example, the presence of Pluto in the stellium in Libra will add power and intractability to the character.

Sextile and Trine allow you to harmoniously express the energy of both planets. The planets seem to support each other, and this is felt in the character as a natural, consistent flow of energy. Although some harmonious aspects sometimes do not manifest themselves in the most positive way. For example, the aspect of Venus and Uranus, even a harmonious one, introduces a love of freedom into the character. Such a person needs a sufficient degree of freedom in personal relationships. Although this is not perceived as a problem, it may not allow (along with other indications in the natal chart) to build strong, long-term or close relationships.

Harmonious aspects from Jupiter they can also speak not only about luck, self-confidence and optimism, but also about laziness, the desire to get everything the easy way, without making any efforts. Although for such conclusions, other indicators of the natal chart are also needed.

Opposition and square carry tension. These aspects almost always have a negative connotation. While they are useful, they are most likely intended for our spiritual growth. If there are no tense aspects in the map (or conflicting connections, or a certain arrangement of planets in houses), then there is no incentive for self-change, for transformation. And where there is no change, there is stagnation or degradation in the spiritual plane. From a practical, material point of view, the absence of tense aspects (especially with many harmonious or conjunctions of personal planets with Jupiter) can be a very favorable factor. And from a spiritual point of view, in terms of evolution, such a situation can mean spiritual "rest" or stagnation. In general, the tense aspects are beneficial in moderation, and they are what pushes us towards our main achievements in life. For example, psychologists and astrologers, as a rule, are people who have internal conflicts, for the resolution of which, they turn to these sciences. And then it can become a profession.

So, now about the most important thing, how to combine planets in aspect? If planets in a harmonious aspect, there is almost nothing complicated here - the qualities of one planet are enhanced or supplemented by the qualities of another. For example, the Sun and Mars in sextile - this combination strengthens both planets. The needs that the Sun has are supported by Mars. It is easy for a person to realize the needs of his Ego (Sun) through his actions (Mars). Those. this aspect facilitates self-expression.

The most favorable position in the natal chart is big trines between the three most important planets - between the Sun, Moon and Mars. Those. if these three planets are located in the natal chart in the same element and have trine aspects between them. The most favorable can be considered the terrestrial and fire great trine, the air trine is also favorable, the water trine to a lesser extent, because the water element is too sensitive, melancholy and prone to pessimism. And if Jupiter joins such a trine (to any of the three planets - the Sun, Mars or the Moon), then such a person can be called lucky! And the more accurate the trine orbits and the conjunction of Jupiter, the more clearly the harmonious action of this configuration is manifested, i.e. good luck will accompany a person everywhere. Although, as stated above, such a position in the natal chart may indicate complacency, i.e. about spiritual stagnation - for a person, and so everything turns out easily, and there is no need to change something in himself. But here you need to take into account other indicators of the natal chart, tk. for example, having, along with the grand trine, the problematic ruler of the 1st house, life may not seem so easy and pleasant to a person.

Also, always, as mentioned above, you need to take into account the signs of the planets. For example, Mars trine Jupiter. Jupiter in any interactions expands, increases, increases. If Mars is airy or fiery, then trine with Jupiter will make the manifestations of such Mars even more ambitious, i.e. will also add activity, optimism, scope, but possibly dispersion. If Mars terrestrial or water, then trine with Jupiter will also add confidence in actions, increase energy, i.e. will make cautious terrestrial or aquatic Mars more decisive.

The situation is more complicated with tense aspects, especially personal planets among themselves... This complexity is manifested precisely in the character of a person, and when describing the interaction of planets, you need to catch this internal conflict. When describing the square and opposition, we always use the “but” conjunction to oppose the qualities of one planet to the qualities of another. Those. describe one planet in a sign, then write "but" and describe the second planet in the sign. For instance, when squared between the Moon in Aquarius and Mars in Taurus, it may look like this: subconscious needs for freedom, change, but caution in action. There is a clear conflict here - the need of the Moon in Aquarius for novelty, for unusual impressions - in contradiction with the need for Mars in Taurus to maintain the invariability of its position. Actions can often contradict what a person strives for with his soul, hence dissatisfaction and irritability can appear. A compromise with oneself is necessary here and, in general, this conflict has a solution. Considering your need for novelty, it is imperative to satisfy it, but before you decide on something new, you need to satisfy the need of Mars - i.e. thoroughly "test the waters." The tense aspects between personal planets can still be expressed in a more or less constructive way, especially with age, and especially if a person is engaged in introspection. Although complete satisfaction with tense interactions between personal planets (with the exception of Mercury) is quite difficult to achieve. One part of your personality must be constantly balanced with another part of it.

It is more difficult to understand, describe and work out (harmonize) the multiple aspect (conjunction plus opposition or square), when more than two planets participate in it, and especially when social or higher planets are involved along with personal ones.

I will give an example of parsing this aspect. Mercury in the natal chart is located in the sign Capricorn, is in conjunction with Saturn and Neptune, and all these three planets (Mercury, Saturn and Neptune) are in opposition to Jupiter in Cancer.

First of all, we start with the personal planet, i.e. from Mercury. We know that the function of Mercury is to receive and transmit information, in the ideas of a person, in his logical constructions, in the warehouse of his thinking. Consider Mercury in the sign. Mercury in Capricorn endows a person with thoughtfulness, consistency, accuracy, perseverance and diligence in terms of mental work.

Next, we consider the conjunctions of Mercury, and then the opposition, since conjunction merges the principles of the planets (conjunction is almost always more important and priority than other aspects). Mercury in Capricorn and plus in conjunction with Saturn - Mercury in this aspect is strengthened by Saturn (Mercury in Capricorn does not contradict the conjunction with Saturn, since Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn). Those. all the qualities inherent in Mercury in Capricorn are strengthened - even more patience, diligence.

Neptune in this multiple aspect can strengthen a person's intuition, talk about creative abilities, but it can also express itself in a negative way, like doubts, inadequate assessment of situations, because Neptune here does not mix well with Capricorn and Saturn (Neptune and Saturn are not friends with each other). Those. a person tends to rely more on logic (Mercury in Capricorn in conjunction with Saturn), but some abstract images distract his attention (Mercury in conjunction with Neptune).

Next, we consider the opposition with Jupiter. Jupiter supports Neptune here, but he is also not on friendly terms with Saturn (opposite principles - Saturn limits, and Jupiter expands). Opposition from Jupiter can be expressed in the fact that a person attaches great importance to his ideas and sometimes he is biased in relation to his views and ideas (Neptune + Jupiter). Those. it turns out that Mercury in Capricorn and in conjunction with Saturn seeks to plan, wants accuracy and a realistic assessment of situations, but Jupiter and Neptune (especially Jupiter) prevent Mercury from adequately realizing these qualities. It is possible that Jupiter and Neptune sometimes bring confusion, or a desire to quickly realize their ideas, which can cause problems, or a person has a great desire for his ideas to be recognized, appreciated, and this pursuit of authority interferes with concentration, etc. Jupiter in tense aspects always gives excess, inflates - in this case, he inflates Mercury, which is primarily under the strong influence of Saturn - i.e. the desire for accuracy, planning is inflated - too ambitious, ambitious plans that are difficult to implement. Also, the opposition of Mercury with Jupiter in Cancer may indicate that a person's opinion can often disagree with the opinion of people who are authoritative for him, which will cause discomfort to the person himself. It is also important to take into account the orb of aspects - the most accurate ones will have a more significant impact on Mercury.

In general, this example shows that if we have the aspect of opposition (or square), then in the description we use the conjunction "but". We also use opposition in the conjunction of planets, the principles of which are not related to each other.- Mercury is loyal to other planets, but in this example it is in Capricorn, and I repeat once again - the energy of Saturn does not combine harmoniously with the energy of Neptune and Jupiter (especially in a tense interaction).

Also when analyzing one specific aspect, its description should not be out of the general context of the map... Those. if such a Mercury, as in the example above, is in a person who has the Sun in Sagittarius, then impatience and difficulties with concentration in his character will be more pronounced than, for example, in a person with the Sun in Capricorn. Because The Sun in Sagittarius will enhance the qualities of Jupiter and Neptune (i.e. the action of the opposition Mercury-Jupiter and the Mercury-Neptune conjunction will be stronger), and if the Sun is in Capricorn, then this will enhance the qualities of Saturn in this aspect.

Now consider an example with two personal planets in aspect and one social. Mars is conjunct Venus in Virgo, and both planets are squared Jupiter in Gemini.

First, we disassemble Mars and Venus in Virgo. Venus in Virgo has patience, shows her feelings with restraint, is critical of others. Mars, as a mode of action, also expresses itself carefully, thoughtfully. The very conjunction of Mars and Venus suggests that the principles of these planets are fused together. Those. if we take the sphere of relations, how a person positions himself during courtship (Venus), so he will be in more intimate communication (Mars) - in this case, a person will be restrained in feelings (Venus in Virgo) and moderate in sex (Mars in Virgo). If we consider this connection in general, then his behavior, his actions (Mars) correspond to his ethical and aesthetic values (Venus). In this example, one can say about such a person that he is modest, or even ascetic. In general, this connection does not introduce disharmony as such, but makes a person a critical perfectionist, i.e. striving to do everything perfectly, to take into account all the details. This situation in terms of work and household affairs is not bad, because a responsible and diligent person, in all his affairs (both in behavior and in ethical assessments) he is guided by logic, reason, and not feelings. Although he himself, and the people around him, can harass his tediousness, nit-picking, obsession with insignificant trifles. In terms of relationships, this connection can be considered disharmonious, in contrast to the scope of work. Reason is not the best advisor in love, and nagging in relationships and constant evaluation of a partner definitely do not strengthen the union.

Next, we move on to the square from Jupiter to this conjunction. Jupiter always "expands", and here he will inflate the little things, the details of Virgo. The care of such a person can be intrusive (especially if we are considering a woman's horoscope). Venus itself in Virgo tends to practical help, i.e. not only advice, but also deed, tk. Virgo is a sign of service. And the square with Jupiter increases these qualities. Caring person but excessively. Mars in Virgo is fixated on little things in its actions, and the square of Jupiter can increase the number of these little things. And since Jupiter makes a square of Gemini, then such a person can, in the course of doing his work, go into ever smaller details or grab a lot of things at once. Those. a person plans, but it is difficult for him to stay within the framework of his plan. Also, using the conjunction "but", we can construct such a phrase in relation to this aspect: a person seeks to do his job very well, but he may be hindered by laziness (the square of Jupiter) or the fear that he will not be able to take into account a large number little things, cover the entire scope of work at once. And in the end, he may not take on the work that he planned, or he takes on it, but is too scattered. In this aspect, difficulties are seen with an objective assessment of their physical (Mars) and mental (Venus) capabilities. The personal planets in Virgo are here in contradiction with the influence of Jupiter in Gemini - i.e. accuracy is in conflict with the desire to do a lot at once (Mars square Jupiter), and the desire to be useful is overstressed (Venus square Jupiter). Again, I repeat that only consideration of the aspect in the context of the entire natal chart can give a more accurate description of it.

Next, consider an example with two personal planets in aspect and one higher. Venus in Capricorn squared Moon in Libra, Moon conjunct Pluto (respectively Pluto squared Venus). The Moon and Venus are related, passive planets, which are responsible for the emotions and feelings of a person, Venus is also aesthetic assessments and attitudes towards love, and the Moon is a person's subconscious needs and affections. We begin the interpretation of this aspect from the fastest planet, i.e. from the Moon in Libra. Such a position of the Moon adjusts to partnerships, to compromises, to the desire to please others and to the ease of being, attachments can be shallow (the air element of the Moon).

But since The moon has a conjunction with Pluto, then we will further consider this conjunction. The conjunction of Pluto with the Moon in Libra distorts the manifestations of the Moon, from pliant and soft - it turns into demanding, and sometimes even cruel. Here manipulations on their weakness or helplessness are likely - the Moon in Libra is so sweet, charming and dependent, and so needs the support of a partner, but the connection with Pluto dictates its own conditions - the partner must do everything as the Moon in Libra wants, otherwise the partner will not be in good luck.

Venus in Capricorn, on the other hand, seeks stability in relationships, strength, reliability and duration, i.e. such Venus is very serious about love. The moon in Libra could be content with such a union in which it would be simple and easy for her (and fewer problems), but Venus in Capricorn (and + conjunction of the Moon with Pluto) would “tie” her love stronger with oaths and seals. Those. on the one hand, there is a subconscious desire to have a trusting, easy and not burdensome relationship, but on the other hand, the attitude towards love is very cautious and distrustful (both the sign of Capricorn for Venus and the influence of Pluto give fear and a desire to keep).

Pluto amplifies Negative influence this aspect in general. Pluto is directly related to power, in this aspect - to power in feelings (Moon) and in relationships (Venus). There can be manipulations on the feelings of the partner, or on the sexual side of the relationship (Pluto enhances sexuality) in order to tie the partner to itself. Pluto always gives extremes, and the Moon in conjunction with Pluto and Venus in square with Pluto can speak either about jealousy, a desire to humiliate a partner, or such a person will humiliate himself, obey his partner (other indicators of the natal chart can tell about this). Pluto in a tense aspect with Venus and the Moon inclines a person to seek complex relationships, emotionally filled, tense, and if a partner comes across a simple one, then a person with such an aspect either will not join the relationship at all, or will begin to “heat up” the relationship himself.

It is also worth considering that in aspects where Mars, Venus and the Moon are involved, the sex of a person matters... With the aspects of Venus and the Moon in the male chart, these characteristics not only describe the sphere of affection and feelings of a man, but also the type of women that a man likes. And in the female chart, Venus and the Moon and their aspects characterize a woman's attitude to herself, i.e. whether a woman accepts her femininity in herself, whether she is pleased with herself. In the above example, if this is female card, then a woman may be dissatisfied with herself, and she may be negatively disposed towards people of her gender, i.e. this aspect may indicate difficulties in the female team.

I will be very grateful if you leave comments - describing in detail any aspects of your natal chart, but especially the multiple aspects, where personal and higher planets, personal and social planets are involved!
