    So I went to the kitchen and cooked fast, full and delicious afternoon snack for all family members.

    Ingredients:

    • bread - 250 g
    • canned fish - 250 g (1 can)

    I started with bread. Or rather, his choice. I took rye with spices. If I did it with the usual type of Darnitsa / seeded or white bun, then when cooking I would definitely use a mixture of peppers and other seasonings, but here I have already done without them.

    So, I cut the bread into 6 slices. I note that they are quite solid in thickness. But this is an amateur. I usually make medium slices for sandwiches (a little narrower). But canned fish is a concentrated flavor product. Therefore, I always want to have enough bread.

    All slices were cut diagonally into 2 parts. Thus, I got 12 blanks for sandwiches.

    I didn’t grease the baking sheet with anything - I laid out the bread on a dry one. If you want it to be fried from below, then you can use butter or sunflower oil.

    Each piece was smeared with mayonnaise. Here, too, a matter of taste. I applied it a little - 0.5 teaspoon per workpiece. This was enough to ensure that the sandwiches were not dry and did not turn into too greasy.

    Started canning. My choice fell on the sardine in tomato sauce with vegetable garnish. To be honest, of my own free will, I rarely buy canned fish in tomato. Usually I just confuse it... I come to the store and completely forget that they exist at all :) It seems to me that all the jars around are labeled "in oil" or "without adding oil." But in reality it turns out differently ... This is how similar products get into my refrigerator.

    However, any other fish is suitable for these sandwiches. For example, tuna or saury (these "comrades" are also my frequent guests). And it is not at all necessary that the canned food be in tomato sauce. Of course, this will change the taste, but still. And to get a similar one, if someone wants, you can mix mayonnaise with tomato paste, and put fish in oil or without it on their mixture.

    So, I opened the cans and mashed them with a fork right in the jar.

    Spread evenly over mayonnaise.

    Green onions washed, dried and cut into rings. I sprinkled them with sardines.

    And my favorite cheese completed the ensemble - I grated it coarsely.

    OK it's all over Now! It remains only to send the baking sheet to the oven already preheated to 200 "C and hold it in it for only 5 minutes.

    You can eat right away, even if it's hot! ;) I love it when sandwiches cool down a bit - usually 5-7 minutes is enough for this. Still waiting :)
