7. Next we need chicken meat. You can take chicken breast, without bones, but in this case the filling will be a bit dry. That is why I advise you to take meat cut from the bone, along with the skin. But, if you still took the chicken breast, then in addition, it is better to add 50 grams of butter to the filling. Chicken meat is cut, randomly, into medium pieces.






8. Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil, until softened, and in no case allowing it to burn.




9. Combine in a bowl, chopped potatoes, chicken meat and fried onions.




10. Add salt, ground black pepper. You can also add any other spices to your taste.




11. Mix the filling, taste it and add salt if necessary.






12. We take out the finished dough from the refrigerator and divide it into 2 parts, one larger, the other, respectively, smaller, the ratio is about 2/3.
