I am very disappointed (When ordering to the dispatcher (or manager, I don’t know how to do it right), I voiced all my requirements, I needed cleaning in the kitchen after repair, as well as a bath, a toilet and a corridor, while, of course, dedusting walls, doors, etc.) e. The dispatcher advised me to take a comprehensive cleaning, she said that it was 5-5.5 hours of work and during this time everyone would have time to do everything.
The woman arrived just in time. I started to say that something is not included, it is not included, although everything was discussed when ordering. Well, I think, still hoping for a good outcome. During the cleaning, I saw the shortcomings, pointed to them, they were eliminated. After the cleaning was completed, the "brownie" asked to evaluate the work in the application, while standing next to her and saying that she had done so much, and even too much, etc., I rated the work for 5 stars, paid for the work and said goodbye.
What was my surprise when the child ran around the kitchen and hit the wall, all white came to me !! Well, then I went to check everything intently: the walls were not dust-free, the tiles on the kitchen apron were partially washed, the refrigerator was partially washed, I didn’t understand how to wash in the bathroom at all, because the dirt is not touched washing machine, not on the outlet on top (photo attached). In general, this is not how I imagined complex cleaning. I didn’t think that I had to go and point out every little thing.
I will never use this company again and will not recommend it to anyone!

Oh gentlemen. I didn’t want to write a review, because the cleaning was still on July 26, and they already contacted me by phone, gave feedback, there’s nothing more for us to discuss. But I can't get past. It so happened that only today I decided to use the oven (we moved to the apartment late), and what do I see? And here is what is on the sponge in the photo. I just ran a sponge along one wall of the oven. For a moment, I paid for washing the oven as a separate type of work - 620 rubles!
