Combine sour cream with white sugar, and beat with a mixer until the crystals dissolve and the cream becomes fluffy.

Pour the dough into the form, lubricating it with oil. Put it in preheated to 180 degrees and bake until done, checking it with a wooden skewer. Remove the finished cake from the oven, cool. Put the cake on a dish and pour it with sour cream.

Sour cream for cream is better to take homemade or store-bought, high-fat. To whip the cream faster, replace regular sugar with powdered sugar. You can decorate the top of the cake with berries or grated chocolate.

Option 6. Pie with jam without eggs in a slow cooker

Baking in a slow cooker always turns out to be successful. There is no need to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

We divide the dough into two parts so that one is a third larger than the other. We roll it into balls, wrap it with a film and place it in the refrigerator for an hour.
