Ingredients:

  • white bread,
  • butter,
  • fillet of fresh pink salmon,

Cooking:

  1. Wash the fish fillet, dry it and cut into medium portion cubes.
  2. Grate hard cheese and mix it with mayonnaise until a homogeneous paste-like mass of medium density is obtained.
  3. Cut the bread into pieces of any geometric shape (it can be circles, ovals, rhombuses, triangles or squares). Preheat the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Butter one side of the bread slices and place them buttered side down on a baking sheet. Bake for five minutes until a golden crust appears.

Due to the presence of vitamins and minerals in cod liver, even in ancient times, healers used it as a drug that treats many diseases. Thus, cod liver sandwiches are not only very tasty dish but also incredibly useful!

  11. We send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes. Do not open the oven - the dough may settle. Products during this time should be slightly reddened and grow well. Then lower the temperature to 160 degrees and leave in the oven for another 15 minutes. We turn off the gas, open the door slightly and do not remove it for another 5 minutes.

Tartlets with herring tartare

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of lightly salted herring
  • 1 small loaf of Borodino bread
  • 20 very fresh quail egg yolks

  • 2 crispy cucumbers

  • half a bunch of chives

Ingredients:

  • 120 g of cheese;
  • 30 g of oil;
  • 15-20 small tartlets;
  • a little dill;
  • 100 g caviar.

Cooking:

  1. Beat cheese and softened butter until smooth. If the cheese is fatty, you can cook without oil, but it still tastes better with it.
  2. Add 0.5 tsp to cheese. chopped dill. Cut the greens very finely, rub everything together.
  3. We spread the cheese filling into tartlets so that it fills them 2/3. Level the top with a teaspoon.

Egg appetizer with pate

Ingredients:

  • chicken liver 500 g
  • onion 1 pc
  • carrot 1 piece
  • butter 50-100 g
  • salt freshly ground pepper eggs (hard boiled) lettuce (for serving)

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the liver dry and cut into small pieces. Onion cut into half rings. Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
  2. In a frying pan with hot vegetable oil fry onions with carrots until half cooked. Add the liver and fry over a slightly less than medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Then cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and simmer until tender for another 10 minutes, salt and pepper.
  4. Pass the liver with onions and carrots through a meat grinder or chop in a blender, add a piece of butter and mix well until a homogeneous consistency (or pass through a meat grinder again).
