The main secret of the marinade for kebab wings is right choice ingredients. Remember that this type of kebab is cooked, as a rule, on a grill, and not strung on skewers, because the pieces of kebab are quite small. This means that too much softened meat will simply stick (burn) to the grate itself, and irreparable damage will be done to the aesthetic beauty of the barbecue. Therefore, such marinades as vinegar, vodka, cognac, lemon acid should be excluded as the most aggressive - the meat should be saturated with aroma, but not "spread" into fibers from excessive softness.

The kebab in such a marinade should marinate a little longer - from 4 to 7 hours, but the wait is worth the result - the result will be spicy, spicy and tender wings at the same time.

Spicy marinade for chicken wings

Ingredients:
- Chicken wings - 6 pcs.
- Flour - 50 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking:
From flour, eggs, salt and pepper, knead the batter. It is similar in consistency to batter.

-1 teaspoon dried rosemary
-1.5-2 kg chicken wing
-8-10 garlic cloves and a large pinch of salt
-3-4 tablespoons olive oil (to taste)
-1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
-2 tsp red pepper or add cayenne pepper to make it even hotter
-2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
-1 cup finely grated parmesan
- creamy Italian sauce
-70-80 grams of balsamic vinegar

Cooking:
1. Wash the wings and cut into component parts. We don't need chicken fingers. But you don't have to throw them away. For example, they make a good broth that can be used in other recipes.
2. Pour water into a large saucepan. Add vinegar, salt, bay leaf, thyme, oregano, rosemary and bring to a boil. Lower the wings and cook for 15 minutes after the water boils.
3. Place on a wire rack. Leave to cool and dry for 15 minutes.
4. Rub the garlic with a pinch of salt until smooth.
5. In a spacious bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil, black and red pepper. Stir. Tumble the wings in the resulting marinade. Pour in the breadcrumbs and roll again. It's time for ½ cup of grated Parmesan.
6. Put the wings on a baking sheet drizzled with olive oil. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.

6. Chicken wings baked in lemon syrup

Ingredients:
- Chicken wings - 500 g
- Sugar sand - 200 g
-Water - 500 ml
- Lemon - 3 pcs.

Ingredients:

- Big tomato - 1 Piece (juicy)
- Onion - 1 Piece

- Greens - 2 Pieces (bunches of dill and parsley)
- Coriander - 2 pinches
-Cinnamon - 2 Pinch
- Soy sauce - - To taste (instead of salt)
- Mayonnaise - 2-3 Art. spoons

Cooking:
So, wash the wings well. We cut off excess skin, dry it and put it in a convenient dish. Then add to the wings: finely chopped tomato (without skin), onion, bell pepper, herbs. Add a couple of pinches of coriander and cinnamon, a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise and pour in soy sauce, which replaces salt. So try the marinade. We mix everything well with our hands. The picture should be about the same as in the photo. Then cover the dishes and marinate for about 2 hours.
Then put the pickled wings on the wire rack. The coals should not be too strong, otherwise the chicken will burn quickly.
Wings cook pretty quickly. Do not forget to turn the grate so that the wings are fried on all sides. To make the meat cook faster, pierce each piece with a fork.

8. Garlic Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 1 kg
- Vinegar (wine white) - 1 tbsp. l.
- Bulb onion - 1 pc.
- Garlic (crushed) - 6 tooth.
- Chili pepper (chopped) - 2 pcs
- Sweet paprika (ground) - 1 tbsp. l.
- Hot paprika (ground) - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil (or vegetable) - 60 ml
- Oregano (dried) - 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt (to taste)

Cooking:
Cut off the tips of the wings, discard. Cut the wings into two parts, salt to taste. Onion cut into thin half rings. Prepare the marinade: Combine vinegar, olive oil, onion, garlic, chili, paprika and oregano. Mix wings with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight (I left overnight). Arrange the wings along with the marinade on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake, uncovered, at 180-190*C for about 40-50 minutes until done.

9. Chicken wings in honey sauce

Cooking:
It's very easy to prepare and very tasty. And so to cook chicken wings in honey sauce, you need a pound of chicken wings. Next, we proceed to prepare the marinade for chicken wings, for this we need 60 grams of honey, 140 grams of soy sauce, squeeze juice from half a lemon, 20 grams of ginger (grated root), 10 grams of curry powder, salt and put everything in a small saucepan. Mix well and pour the chicken wings with our marinade. And leave for an hour in a cool place.

Then we take a pan, preferably wide, so that all the chicken wings fit and pour 60 grams of vegetable oil, then put the chicken wings in a pan and fry on all sides until golden brown. Next, reduce the fire a little, pour the remaining marinade, close the lid and simmer for about fifteen minutes. And now the chicken wings in honey sauce are ready to eat.

10. Chicken wings in beer

Cooking:
It turns out very delicious snack. In order to cook chicken wings in beer, you first need to peel and put 6 cloves of garlic (large), 10 grams of curry (powder), and 10 grams of salt in a cup from a blender. We grind everything until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Next, take 1 kilogram of chicken wings, rinse well and cut. Then we rub them with the resulting paste and put in a cool place for an hour. Then we transfer the chicken wings to a baking sheet and pour one and a half liters of light beer, then put in a preheated oven to 220 C for forty minutes.

After the chicken wings are cooked, put them in a dish, preferably deep, and pour the sauce that remains after baking on top. Well, the chicken wings in beer are ready to eat.

Any marinade container can be replaced with a plastic bag. This is a great option for a picnic in nature. You just need to prepare the marinade, pour it into a bag, squeeze out excess air and tie it up. The package must be tight so that the wings do not damage it.

There are a huge number of marinades for this part of the chicken: with honey, soy sauce, wine, mustard. Traditional onion and garlic are used, as well as adjika, different kinds peppers, mayonnaise, vinegar.

Without pepper and vinegar, the meat will retain its natural delicate taste, and piquancy and spiciness can be added to an already prepared dish with the help of various sauces and ketchups.

  2. Pass the garlic through a press and mix with adjika;
  3. Add remaining ingredients: olive oil, salt, spices.
  • High-calorie mayonnaise - 500 grams;
  • Tomato ketchup, sauce - 200 grams;
  • Onion - 500 grams;
  • Salt to taste;

  • 2-2.5 kg of wings;
  • 120 grams butter(you can use margarine);
  • 100 grams of red wine;
  • 2 lemons;
  • 200 grams of sugar (ideally brown);
  • 100 ml soy sauce;
  • Two teaspoons of dry mustard powder.
