Panel with sakura. Panel "Sakura"

  • 07.06.2019

For a long time I wanted to buy a painting depicting a Japanese woman. Japan and the oriental subtlety of needlework surprises with its beauty and grace. But somehow I did not come across the image that I would like, and also it would be ideally executed. If there were any oriental-style panels in the gift shop, then either the price did not suit, or it was a primitive sketch made on cheap stamped material. And I want beauty and naturalness. Therefore, I went the easiest way to solve my problem.
And I was prompted and inspired by the fact that watching how children draw, I myself remembered how well I used to decorate the coloring books bought by my parents as a child. And when the drawing could not be copied, she transferred from drawing to paper to window glass. I used the same technique, or better to say, applied it in the manufacture of my panel. I found the picture on the Internet. There she is:

In carrying out this work, we will need:

Printer for printing a picture.

White fabric for the base of the pattern.

Natural brushes for drawing.

Paints for painting on fabric.

Reserve.

For frame:

Hazel branches.

Leg-split.

Let's get started.
Print on a printer, it's not the most messing around and drawing. So the sketch of the future masterpiece was born. But it still needs to be transferred to the fabric. We take a sketch, a thin white fabric (I took a batiste, you can use cotton or silk), cut it to a size larger than the sketch, leaving the edges for neat design. It is worth washing if the fabric is new to remove starch. Here I can also add that the size of the picture can be increased if the photo in the program is cropped and made into two parts, while each part is printed with an image in full sheet format. Next, we place the fabric on top of the picture with the image and fasten it in the corners with paper clips so that the fabric does not fidget when transferred through the window glass.
It will look like this:

Now, in daylight on the window glass, we transfer the drawing to the fabric with a soft pencil, those lines that did not work out can be erased with a latex rubber band.
When the sketch on the fabric has already turned out, of course, you can draw it where the border lines will be located when switching to another color.

A real artist needs a stretcher to take on the paint and color the picture, but I'm not an artist. Therefore, it is easier to paint with a brush on a solid base. Any ideas will be welcome. I used a plastic cutting board, just like my grandmother used to do. From the inside, the fabric was secured with threads. You can take the lid from the box and attach the fabric along the edges with paper clips.

If only you were comfortable drawing on a hard surface. Using the cold batik method, she applied a reserve to the main lines, where the color scheme changes. The acrylic paints on fabric that I've used involve applying color without reserve.

But in order for the paint not to spread in those places where it is not necessary, in this case you have to draw with an almost dry brush. But there are places that require the primary color to be filled, so it is better to use the reserve, and even more so not for the artist.

After applying the reserve, you need to wait until it dries. This is an average of 40 minutes.

In order to lay the background, you must first wet the entire fabric. First, apply the lightest colors, and after the paint dries, you can apply a layer brighter than the first.

If, after drying the reserve, something irreparable happened, and the paint nevertheless spread, then we can fix the "jambs" - we dry the place where the reserve missed the paint with a hair dryer, and after drying, we cover the color with the desired tone from above. If it's a darker color and you want a lighter tone, then I tried to get rid of the color with a cotton pad and nail polish remover. It doesn't rinse well, but it rinses off nonetheless.

Now about brushes. To use the batik technique, you will need soft squirrel brushes when filling with color. I used number 18 and 3 (numbers are visible in the photo) But for drawing small details and fine work, you will need synthetic brushes, they are more rigid and hold paint well (I have numbers 1 and 5). With an almost dry brush, with the paint taken, we draw the face and contour lines. The rest is up to you, how the brush will fall. After the paints are completely dry, iron the finished picture with a hot iron to fix the paints from the wrong side. I must say that it is a pleasure to decorate with acrylic paints. They dry very quickly and, in case of errors, are easily covered with other tones. Upon completion, I removed the reproduction from my homemade "stretcher" and placed it on cardboard. I fix with the same grandmother's method.

Now I need a frame, and then the almighty Internet told me what an oriental-style frame should be. It must be bamboo. But where can I get it? Need a replacement urgently. At my side, I have only the city arboretum. That's where I went in search of a replacement. I collected fresh branches of the same thickness and more even in structure, hazel branches are well suited. At home, I dried them, cut them to a certain length and tied them with an ordinary thread, and wrapped them with a decorative thread on top. I was decorated with an ordinary rope, which is used to seal a collector's bag. But you can take any twine or twine suitable for decoration.

I tied a loop for mounting on the wall over the horizontal branches, after wrapping and securing the ring from the key holder.

It remains to fix the panel in the frame. Insert the picture into the frame and reverse side sew on the corners to decorative threads.

What happened. Decoration in oriental style is ready for use in the interior. And no cheap fakes.

And this panel was made by my seven-year-old son using the same technology:

Keep it up and you will succeed!

Painting "Sakura" using paper plastic

Stoletova Tatyana Leonidovna
Purpose: This master class Designed for children in school and older preschool age teachers, educators, educators additional education and just creative people.
The picture can be a gift or an interior decoration.
Description: Sakura is a well-known symbol of Japan, and in the country itself it is unusually widespread: its images are found in drawings decorating kimonos, dishes and other household items.
White and pink clouds of cherry blossoms descend on the country from late March to late April everywhere - in the mountains, along river banks, in city and temple parks. Before others bloom pink not terry varieties, then it's time for terry - white, pink, yellowish and even greenish. The Japanese aristocrats of that time admired the cherry blossoms, reflecting on life and death. Sakura is considered a symbol of beauty and the transience of life, because its petals are as beautiful as they are ephemeral, their age is short.

Target: creating a picture
Tasks:
- learn to draw an evening landscape
- continue to develop paper-plastic and fine motor skills
- develop creativity, imagination, artistic taste
- when working, observe safety rules with a needle and wire
Materials:
- landscape sheet

- sheet Pink colour
- scissors
- soft wire
- big needle
- PVA glue

Color Pattern:

Master class progress
In the center landscape sheet draw a yellow line

Above and below - orange, going a little yellow

Similarly, add red

The rest of the space is painted over with purple gouache.

On the yellow strip we draw a black line, on the line we draw the image of the mountains, at the bottom of the sheet - the coast

We depict a branch of sakura

The landscape is ready, let's start making the flowers of the plant. To do this, cut out circles with a diameter of 1 centimeter from cardboard. Pierce with a needle in the center

For stamens, we need a wire 3 centimeters long. We remove the shell 1 centimeter from the bottom and 1.7 centimeters from the top. We leave the shells a little so that the inner fibers do not fall apart.

We insert the lower edge of the wire into the hole in the cardboard and straighten the veins in a circle

View from above

To make flower petals, we need 5 pink circles with a diameter of 1.5 centimeters. We cut each circle to the center and glue it like an umbrella

Glue in a circle on a blank of white cardboard with stamens

The center of the flower is tinted with dark pink gouache.

Now you can cut some wire veins if they are too long
Thus, we make the required number of flowers and glue on the drawn branch
That's what I did:

It remains to frame. I attached the drawing to cardboard and glued it with strips of yellow corrugated cardboard. Attached a loop on the back.

Side view:

Look, it looks like me

The country of the East is a wonderful country,
She managed to grow such a miracle.
You are sakura, still very young,
And already managed to conquer me.

So I want to hug you,
And let, like snow, the color shower with pink
or just lie at your feet,
Even if the bitter cold stings your skin.

But if you look into your eyes
There, everything shines with radiant light.
The heavens reflect the warmth in them,
And from the heat all the cold melts with snow.

Oh sakura, I fell in love with you
Your color is singing under the rising sun.
Please, my love
be a muse and give me inspiration...
(Vadim Voznesensky)
Thank you for your attention.
