Goal must be in writing

A verbally stated goal is just a thought. Only written down on paper, a specific wording is a real obligation to oneself. The written formulation of the goal implies the presence of some convenient tool to fix it. There are 2 handy tools for setting goals:

The diary is convenient in that goals can be formulated for the year, month, week and day, and you can always have it at hand.
