It has a pleasant aroma, rich taste and may well replace breakfast or dinner. Of course, this salad holiday table too simple, but quite suitable as an addition to the main dish.

To prepare a salad with "Mivina" and sausage, we need the products indicated in the list.

Required Ingredients:

  • corn - 400 gr.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • vermicelli "Mivina" - 3 packs;

Cooking process:

Boil eggs. fill them up cold water to keep them clean. When the eggs are cool, peel them and cut into small pieces.

Put the mivina in a bowl, breaking it into several parts. Pour the vermicelli with a glass of boiling water, cover and leave for five minutes.

In the meantime, cut the sausage, preferably boiled, into small cubes. Put chopped eggs and sausage in a salad bowl. Add corn, draining liquid from it.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Send also to the salad bowl. Add steamed mivina. Mix and season with mayonnaise. If you steamed mivina with spices, then you do not need to salt the salad. Otherwise, salt the salad a little.

Mivina and tomato salad

Required Ingredients:

  • mivina - 1-2 packs;
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • tomatoes - 5-6 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - for dressing;
  • greenery.

Cooking process:

Break the mivina and put it in a deep bowl. Pour the vermicelli spices into a bowl as well. Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Add to mivina. Pass the peeled garlic through a press and add to the rest of the ingredients.

Required Ingredients:

Cooking process:

Break the dry mivina so that it becomes small. Pour mivina with mayonnaise, mix and leave for two hours. No need to steam vermicelli!

Cucumbers cut into cubes. Chop the green onion.

Required Ingredients:

Cooking process:

Grind the mivina and pour boiling water over it so that the water barely covers the surface of the vermicelli. Cover with a lid and leave to swell. Spices and oil do not need to be added.

When the vermicelli has cooled, add half of the mayonnaise, mix and leave for 40 minutes. Peel and cut the onion into cubes, pour over the onion with boiling water, and then sprinkle with vinegar, add a little salt and sugar.

Put the pickled onion in a salad bowl. Add diced sausage to it.

Wash cucumbers and cut into cubes, send to a salad bowl. Boil the eggs first, and then cut into cubes, after cleaning. Eggs and cucumbers also send in a salad bowl.

Drain the liquid from the corn and put it in a salad bowl. Grate sausage cheese. Add cheese and mivina to salad bowl. Stir, season with the remaining mayonnaise.

I didn’t pickle the onion either, I just cut off the onion rug and peeled it. I also boiled 2 eggs. I bought 140 grams of sausages, I bought them especially for salad (so the saleswoman cut off). I also bought 1 pack of mivina, I took it with the taste of cheese, you can take it with the taste of meat, but I think there is no difference, since I don’t add the seasoning itself anywhere. I bought 1 pack of processed cheese, 45%, I took Russian cheese, the main thing here is that the cheese is hard and it is convenient to rub it on a grater. And, of course, mayonnaise. Mayonnaise I take 67%, bought in soft packaging. There is no mayonnaise in the photo, I just forgot to get it out of the refrigerator, and we don’t often make our own mayonnaise lately either. I take Mivina out of the package, put it on a plate and pour boiling water over it so that the water completely covers the vermicelli. I even covered the vermicelli with a plate on top, but here I’ll say you need to try the vermicelli so that it doesn’t “swell” much, but it’s not raw either. Literally in 5-6 minutes the vermicelli was ready. You need to drain the excess liquid from the vermicelli, I did this using a colander. This must be done so that there is no excess liquid in the salad.


Vermicelli must be cooled and finely chopped. I spread the mivina on the board and cut it finely. It tastes like ordinary vermicelli, without any smell, because I did not add seasoning.


Now let's start preparing the salad itself. To be honest, I decided to make it in a mug and serve it in portions, but unfortunately nothing came of it. I cooked a salad ““ in a mug, and it turned out well, but this salad just crumbled, apparently the ingredients for this option are not suitable.

I had to get out. Mix everything in a bowl with mayonnaise. But, my friend advised me that this salad just needs to be mixed and seasoned with mayonnaise. I have already set the eggs to boil, now I cut the sausage finely.


I rub processed cheese on a coarse grater, although I would replace it with salty hard cheese. Of course, I had hard cheese in the refrigerator, but I decided that today I will do everything according to the recipe, and only then it will be possible to make my own adjustments to the recipe.


When the eggs are cooked, I pour them with cold water, let them cool. When they have cooled, I peel them and rub them on a coarse grater for our mivina salad.


Drain excess liquid from corn. I peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Although a friend said that she does not pickle onions. To be honest, I would pickle the onion in a solution of vinegar, salt, and sugar. (for half a glass of water, 2 tablespoons of 9% vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt, this is how I usually pickle onions). Or, instead of onions, I would cut finely green onions. In general, I finely chopped the onion, as indicated in the recipe.


Then I combined all the ingredients in one bowl and seasoned them with mayonnaise. You can add salt, if desired and to taste. I would still finely chop a fresh cucumber, which, in fact, I did, but after I took the photos. But this was not in the recipe, this is its own flavor improvement.

In general, it turned out to be a very unusual and interesting taste of mivina salad, a recipe with photos. Also, the mivina salad turned out to be very satisfying, while I was trying the salad, then I added a little salt, then I cut the cucumber and ate it. Honestly, vermicelli lovers will love this salad. Since my daughter loves vermicelli very much, she liked the salad.

Plus, her favorite corn is in the composition, we also love corn, and also sausage, in general, the daughter approved this salad. Only the daughter did not like the onion in the salad, she does not like raw onions, she said that next time I would cook it without onions.
