Pumps TsN 400-105, TsN 400-210, TsN 900-310, TsN 1000-180, TsN 3000-197, TsN 90-100, TsN 160-112 are horizontal scroll pumps with one-way inlet impeller.

Designed for pumping clean water and other liquids similar to water in terms of viscosity and chemical activity, at temperatures up to 373 K (100 C), with a solids content of up to 0.05% by weight and a maximum size of 0.2 mm. They are used for pumping water in water supply systems of industrial and municipal facilities, also used for irrigation and land drainage.

Multistage horizontal centrifugal pumps have 2-4 impellers. The volute casing of the TsN pump has a horizontal split. The pump rotor is supported by oil lubricated bearings. Shaft seal is stuffing box. The shafts of the pump and the component electric motor are connected by an elastic sleeve-pin coupling.

The pump TsN 400-105 is a centrifugal, horizontal, volute pump with a horizontal casing split, with transfer channels, two or four stages, with a one-way inlet impeller symmetrically located on the shaft.

It is designed for pumping water with temperatures up to 100C and liquids with properties similar to water in terms of viscosity and chemical activity, with temperatures up to 373K (100C), solids content by weight up to 0.05% and a maximum size of 0.2mm in melioration systems for irrigation and drainage of land, water supply of municipal and industrial facilities.

The pump TsN 400-105 is manufactured in a general industrial version. Operation in explosive and fire hazardous rooms and installations is not allowed.

The pump rotor is supported by rolling bearings with grease lubrication. Shaft seals - mechanical with gland packing.

Casing, covers and impeller are gray iron castings.

Throat seal parts are non-tearing corrosion-resistant alloys.

Shaft - long products from structural alloyed steel 40X.

The kit includes a drive motor, a MUVP or MUP type coupling with a guard, a common or separate foundation frame (depending on the pump size), parts for fastening the pump, motor and coupling guard, a set of spare parts and accessories.

The installation site of the TsN 400 pump must meet the following requirements:

Provide free access to the pump for its maintenance during operation, as well as the possibility of disassembling and assembling it;

The mass of the foundation must be at least four times the mass of the unit;

When preparing the foundation, provide for a 50-80 mm margin in height for the subsequent grouting of the foundation frame with cement mortar;

Suction and discharge pipelines must be fixed on separate supports and have temperature compensators.

A valve must be installed on the discharge pipe.

The installation of electrical equipment must comply with the requirements of the PUE (Electrical Installation Rules), operation must be carried out in accordance with the “Safety Rules for the Operation of Electrical Installations by the Consumer”.

During installation and operation of the pump unit, the insulation resistance measured with a megger for voltage:

500V for motors with voltage 220/380V;

1000V for motors with a voltage of 380/660V between the wires of the power circuit and the protection circuit should not be less than 1 MΩ.

Maintenance of the equipment is carried out only when it is in use.

In this case, it is necessary:

Ensure that the heating temperature of the bearings does not exceed the ambient temperature by more than 40...50K (40...500C) and is not higher than 358K (850C). Connection of a temperature sensor or relay is made on brackets fixing the bearing cup to the housing (M8x1). Recommended devices - temperature relay type DT-1-R;

Maintain the required amount of lubricant in the bearings;

Supplement bearing cups with fresh grease through an oiler during the first month of operation after 100 hours, and subsequently, after 1000 hours of operation of the TsN 400-105 pump, completely replace the grease;

Watch out for shaft leaks. With a fivefold increase in leakage, it is necessary to replace the mechanical seal.

Constantly monitor the readings of the instruments, preventing the pump from operating beyond the operating interval of supply, and record the following parameters in the log:

Pressure at the pump inlet;

Pressure at the outlet of the unit;

The temperature of the liquid at the inlet to the pump;

The pressure of the supplied sealing-cooling liquid;

The number of hours the pump has been running.

2. GENERAL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Preparation of the pump for repair, putting it into repair, carrying out repair work and acceptance from repair should be carried out in accordance with RD Pr 34-38-030-92 "Rules for the organization of maintenance and repair of equipment of buildings and structures of power plants and networks",

2.2. The materials of the main components and their substitute materials are given in mandatory Appendix 2.

The use of materials not specified in the appendix must be agreed with the organization that developed the design documentation for the pumping unit.

2.3. Pump dismantling, disassembly, preparation for defect detection, defect detection, protective coatings to be carried out in accordance with

TU 26-06-1106-78.

2.4. Requirements (except for those specified in TS) for the repair of the impeller, housing parts, bearings, threaded connections, coupling must comply with TU 2G-06-II86-78.
